Aurena Client 22.1.3
When using ScanIt for wadaco we get this error message now and then.
Added all WADACO componets and ScanIT to WADACO_MOBILE_USER permission
I tried to reinitialize and it only deleted the transaction record

I think you need to setup service client as below in IAM client
