We are using aurena 22.1.3 and when trying to delete an inactivated user I get this (Data Capture Session) error..
I tried to remove the sessions with Database Task Schedules “Remove Data Capture Sessions” but that did not solve the problem.
Any ideas?

usually, you can’t delete a user in IFS, unless you never uesed it in any objects, like customer order, quotations, purchase order, report time and so on.

Ok, I guess we have to live with the fact that we need to inactivate users instead of deleting. Thanks!

Yes, unfortunately.
You need to set all users to inactive and maybe remove all permission sets. Nothing can happen.
