Is there a way to set a review date in document management? Seems odd that functionality is not there.I read another post using custom fields and events, but hoping I am just missing something.
I had this working once and now it has stopped working. I am not sure what changed between 22R1 and 22R2. Even trying to run manually does not work.Once a purchase order is authorized, we would like the PO to go to released status. We had this working with Automatic Order Processing. Any ideas based on my settings? One thing I did notice after deleting the job and trying to rebuild it, it is asking for something in the coordinator field. We have 60 coordinators, so tried using % and it will not accept it.
I am working on setting up Document Management in our company for Standard Operating Procedures. The management part is working, but I am curious how other users are making the documents available to the basic users (operators, laborers, etc) with limited access.Are you just managing the document revisions in Doc Mgmt and the publishing out to another location (Internal company webpage)?Are you creating a custom lobby to present the documents in an “organized” manner?Just looking for ideas from other users. I am looking to develop an process for requesting suppliers. I am testing the Business Activity process and there is an option for Supplier Request in the Connection Type field. The Connection field is required but there are no options to select. Where is this setup or where is the basic data to populate this required field? Or, am I using this wrong?
We are running 22R1 Cloud. We have one user that almost every day in the afternoon will get this error that kicks her out of the system and requires her to log back in. It is not due to it hibernating. She is usually working on something when it happens. Only use this happens to. Typically in modifying a shipment line or customer order.
We have a non-inventory purchase part setup that requires ordering in increments of 2. I see a min order qty field in the Supplier for Purchase Part, but not a case size type setting.Is there a way to do this?Vendor UOM is set to EAIFS Purchase UOM and Price UOM set to EABut, orders must be placed in increments of 2.

I am trying to have a standard SOP attached or linked to every Purchase Requisition. Essentially, when you create a new Purchase Requisition, you can access the Procurement SOP. The below link explained how to do it in Apps8 but it does not appear to work the same way in Aurena Cloud 23.R1.Any help is appreciated.
We have quite a few Purchase Orders that will have multiple receipts.We assign purchase order charges in the form of freight and fuel surcharges.Our issue is the PO may come in over several receipts. The fuel surcharges may change by the time the final receipts are registered.However, if you update the charge price, it updates any receipts that have not been matched and closed.Is there a way to schedule purchase order charge changes so they do not update previous receipts.I.EReceipt 10/30 - Surcharge was 10%Receipt 11/10 - Surcharge was 11%.If receipt from 10/30 is still open and we update the surcharge to 11%, it updates the 10/30 receipt to 11% also.
I have a supplier agreement blanket order for our fuel provider. We have three different types of fuel that are delivered together and invoiced on one invoice, three lines.Is there a way to create a release with multiple part lines? I have only been able to release one line with it’s own PO for each one, therefore three PO’s for each invoice.I would prefer to do one release for the three part lines on one PO.

I am trying to get someone set up to be able to print Year Acquisition Report. I have given full grants to YearsAcquisitionReportHandling, but it is giving the dreaded You are not allowed to execute this report.I can execute with my full admin access but have been unable to get this to work for a user without full Admin.

We are using Pagero to automate our supplier invoices for IFS Cloud 22R2. The problem I am running into is with taxes. I can get the invoices to come in and create an external supplier invoice only if we remove all taxes from the XML file and then add them at posting. If I try to use the tax info off the invoice, The calculations are never correct.I have tried adding the tax into the supplier info but it is still not calculating. I have the External Supplier Invoice Parameters set to Tax Recalculation Method to both. Any ideas what else I am missing or if this is not just functional in IFS?

Has anybody worked on an integration with any corporate travel software that works with the expense reporting in IFS?We are looking to pick a corporate travel system and would prefer it integrate with IFS. Just wondering if anybody has already done this, who they use, and how well it integrates.
Somehow, our maintenance department closed a maintenance material req with a part still pegged on it and now I am having trouble figuring out how to fix. Any help is appreciated.It will not give me the option of manually pegging since closed, and will not let me change the status of the requisition. I cannot issue or peg from the work task either as the line is closed.
We are a mining and ready mix operation with approximately 200 mobile pieces of equipment. In our previous fleet management system, we could download fuel tickets as either ROAD (filled up at a gas station using a card) or Company (filled up at one of our fuel locations on site that store inventory.This was not done as a work order, but essentially a material requisition at the object level.Is anyone aware of any capability within IFS that allows this? We have been told that it will require work orders to be completed, just to charge fuel to an object.We want to be able to track to the object so we can identify costs properly and trends, such as an object using more fuel than standard.
We are seeing that when an authorizer rejects a purchase order authorization, it cancels the PO but re-opens the purchase req.Is there a way to turn this off? Most of the time our rejections are due to parts not being needed.
I have exhausted my searching and research into document management and cannot resolve this issue.I have a user setup that can attach and view their own attachments but not other user’s attachments.Both users are part of the document class group. All documents have been approved.When I assign the user DOCMAN_ADMINISTRATOR, they can view the documents. I have read the Document Access help page and it did not help.

We are trying to implement tolerances in our PO matching. We are utilizing receipt matching with no validation.However, when we create the manual supplier invoice and then click Posting Proposal, two things are happening:It is automatically matching to a receipt even though no Receipt Reference is entered. It is creating a separate posting line for the total tax amount. If we remove the posting lines and match manually, the taxes populate correctly.Is this a setting I am missing? Below, the $40.60 is the total tax for the invoice, which should be split out among the lines.
