Good morning. Can you capture overall Medical Examination results for an employee e.g Medically Suitable for employment, Medically suitable but with restrictions etc.. Or can you only capture results per test done i.e Hearing Test - Suitable or Positive etc.. Thank you.
Hi all, I would appreciate input and/or advice from someone more experienced than me. Below I’m describing an example. Example: “Closing” Org.unit1, with validity period 2023-01-01 - 2024-01-31 Creating a new org unit with validity period 2024-02-01 - 9999-12-31, with same supervisor and employees as in org. unit 1. Changing the assignments on each employee accordingly. The problem is that we still have time transactions that hasn’t been authorized within the validity period for org unit 1. The supervisor cannot authorize or even access the employees for unit 1 after 2024-02-01 when the assignment for org unit 1 has passed validity date. I guess this is all normal and as it should be so my questions are: can we use two valid assignments for the supervisor, one for org unit 1 and one assignment for the new org unit? Can this create any issues or problems that I should be aware of? What is best practice in these common situations? Which assignment should be primary since both can’
We are using Apps 10 and moved to Aurena 18 months ago.Our Human Resources department are wanting to use IFS for storing information about benefits so I started to investigate the Benefit Management area in IEE. I have now looked for the equivalent screens in Aurena and can’t see them. Is the Benefit Management area being withdrawn from Aurena/Cloud? We will be moving to cloud later this year so I would also be interested if there was new functionality for this. ThanksPaul

Good Day. We have been attempting to remove the ability to unconfirm time registrations for employees in our company. We would like them to be able to register time and confirm their time. However we do not want them to be able to remove confirmation once complete, we only want supervisors to be able to unconfirm their time. We have attempted to set this up through Access Attribute but can’t figure out the correct configuration. Does anyone know how to set this up so employees can not remove confirmation?
The described issue is part of Human capital management. More specific it is part of the employee file and the communication methods in the private contact information page.In this page I can enter the private address of the employee and I can enter different contact methods (like phone number, mobile number, e-mail-address and so on).Those communication methods have their own validity periods in a submenu where I can get by pressing Edit-button and choose “contact method”.This leads me to the Contact Details Submenu: When comparing the validity periods of the different contact methods with the today-date (here 22.12.2023) you can see that all those contact methods are valid.When changes are done to the Contact methods validity periods they are still shown in Private Contact Information Page, even if they are not valid anymore (for example if employee gets new mobile Phone number.The starting situation is shown in the screenshot above. What is missing in HR setup? I get this error when I try to register hours.
I am having some trouble setting up the environment where I can carry forward PTO future dated. In the absence limit year I have set up the PTO Balance type limit and the PTO carry forward Balance limit for 2023. However when I attempt to test by inserting absences for the 2023 year the remaining balance does not carry forward to the 2024 year. I would like to be able to set a PTO balance of 80 hours for the 2023 year and insert 60 hours of absence to see if the remaining balance will add to the carry over when I attempt to enter absences in the 2024 year. Does anyone know if I am able to set up carry forward for the future and see the balances or does the carry forward only apply to the previous year?
Hi,We are using IFS Aurena version. One of our employees is going to be submitting a similar expense sheet every month for the foreseeable future. I was trying to find, if there is an easy way in Aurena just like IEE to either "copy/duplicate" a past expense sheet or save as a template or any other method to call up a past expense sheet. Hello, I have setup Personal Data Management to anonymize the customer email address. The solution seems to work well. What I don’t understand is the following:is this just hiding the data on client side or did it really updated the value in the DB to m*********** for the email address?We are also using the email address setup in communication method to also send the invoices automatically to the customer by email every time an invoice is printed/posted. Does that mean that after anonymizing the email address it will try to send invoices per email to m*********** and the email will fail?Tagging @dsj Damith as I read some older where you have worked with Personal Data Management functionality.
Hi Team,I need help regarding the sick leave. We are using IFS Cloud 23R1. One requirement is that team want to apply leave for sickness of any employee but they will not known the end date so how we can apply absence request ?. Second is that approved leave will flow to PSO but absence request in confirmed state it will not flow. Can anybody suggest if any out of the box solution is available ?.Please suggest.
Hello everyone, We would like to make the absence “Maternity Leave” displayed on the time card details on week-end for the employees that have a schedule where Saturday and Sunday are non working days.In fact, when we do the set up as “calendar days” for this absence type, The number of days are OK in “absence calendar” but the absences is not displayed on saturday and sunday on Time Card Details.Version : IFS CloudCould you please help on this topic,Thanks in advance,Caëlla
Hello,I’m in a multi-company instance. Some companies are manufacturing (SO’s) and some of those do project time. One is a Service oriented company (WO’s/WT’s). We have the following Time Reg aware Modules activated: SHPORD, PRJREP, INDIRECT, WO.Is it possible (how) to limit my Service Company to only the WO button (we don’ want to see SHPORD, PRJREP, INDIRECT)?Thanks, Troy

Hi,My client is considering to use only Qualifcation Profiles as a first step, since it requires substantial effort and time to harmonize all jobs on a global level.At this point I am trying to find possible disadvantages not using the jobs. As of now, I can see the Job Analysis cannot be used and the Aggregate Gap Analysis (for comparison) might be restricted.Appart from this, do you see any other points to take into consideration?
