ISO20022-Format Specific Info per Institute

Hi @HoiTharaS Allow Credit Grouping for Non-Sepa Payment Checkbox is necessary when the user needs to create remittance information block with Structured information. If the user needs to create Unstructured remittance information, then checking the checkbox ‘Allow Credit Grouping for Non-Sepa Payment’ is not necessary.Hope this clarifies your query. ISO20022 payment for no IBAN

Hi @eqmartib,Yes. you can use both IBAN as well as BBAN account numbers for ISO20022 PAIN.When you have specified an IBAN number, then the creditor account xml tag will contain the tag IBAN. Error in Supplier Payment - RMB Approve

 Hi @ronhu,The mentioned invoice seems to be already entered in any of the following payment windows.Supplier Payment, Supplier offset or Netting under the provided preliminary payment id. when the invoice is recorded in any of the above mentioned windows, a preliminary payment id will be created. In payment windows such as Customer Payment, Supplier Payment, Supplier Offset, Customer Offset, etc, the Preliminary Payment ID is available in the client. You can search for the preliminary payment id and find the invoice from the system.This is the reason why the system does not allow to enter the same invoice again as a payment because there is a preliminary payment id created in the system for the same invoice.If the user requires to proceed with this new payment, then the already entered payment record needs to be removed from the system. Hope this clarifies your question. using cash account for intercompany

Hi @Nagah.khaled ,Multi Company Direct Cash Payments can be done via Mixed Payment Window.As per the reported scenario, Create the Mixed Payment from the Company which needs to make the payment from. ie Company 101.Go to the Transactions tab and enter a Lump Sum Transaction record and select Direct Cash Payment as the Transaction type.In the Lump Sum transaction line, there is a “Company Field” where you can change the company to which the payment needs to be made for. ie 901Enter the Manual posting to specify the account in the matching section to connect the employee details of the payment.Hope this helps to solve your question. Hi @Nagah.khaled , Cash Box information needs to be connected to the Payment Documents window under Payment Document type “Cash Received Document” and  “Cash Paid Document”.Go to Payment Documents window using the following path.Financials > Payment Basic Data >Payment Documents  Enter the required Cash Box information under the  Payment Document type “Cash Received Document” to record cash received, and enter the cash box information under the payment document type “Cash Paid Document” to record cash payments made. printing cash receipt

Hi @Nagah.khaled In the Cash Box functionality, if there are already created cash box entries which are in “Entered” state, then a new cash box entry cannot be created.Therefore, query for the Cash Account CASHBOX BAHRA and try to find already recorded Cashbox transactions, and make sure they are approved. So that you can proceed with creating new cash box entries for the mentioned cash account. Regards,Lihini.

Swedish supplier payment format change

Hi @FIHENRICAAccount information of the supplier can be set up in the Electronic payment address of ISO20022 payment method as follows.Screenshot is taken from an IFS Apps10 IEE client.The required bank account number can be set up in the Creditor Account field which is available in the Account details section of the Supplier’s Electronic payment address window. The user can enter any account number in the field Creditor Account. In your question, i did not understand the last part “so the file didn’t go through as plusgiro account for supplier is missing. “Could you please elaborate more on this? Regards,Lihini.

Hi @Nagah.khaled,The Cash Box Functionality works as follows.Cash Box information needs to be connected to the Payment Documents window under Payment Document type “Cash Received Document” and  “Cash Paid Document”.Go to Payment Documents window using the following path.Financials > Payment Basic Data >Payment Documents  Enter the required Cash Box information under the  Payment Document type “Cash Received Document” to record cash received, and enter the cash box information under the payment document type “Cash Paid Document” to record cash payments made. ISO20022 Group of payment

Hi @Heshani VidanapathiranaThe ISO20022 payment initiation will contain Payment Type information as well as Credit Transfer Transaction Level information.If the invoices contain structured remittance information, then multiple credit transfer transaction blocks will be created.if the invoices contain unstructured remittance information, then the invoices will be grouped under one credit transfer transaction block, considering few other factors such as similar payment dates, similar currency, similar electronic payment address information etc in the application.According to the provided information, i hope you can use the following set up to group the invoices per supplier.Unstructured remittance information can be created by unchecking the checkbox structured payment which is available in the Format Specific Information Per institute window.Path > Payment Institute > Select ISO20022 payment method and use RMB option “Format Specific Information Per institute” . This setting will

Where can I setup Bank that shows in Instant Invoice?

Hi @Carlo Palma,The Cash Account number of the “Invoice Installment Plan and Discount” will be fetched to the mentioned field in the report.The cash Account LOV option will be enabled for usage based on the information provided in the “Cash Accounts Per Customer” Window.Path > Financials >Payment Basic Data > Cash Book > Cash Accounts.Select a Cash account and use RMB and select “Cash Accounts Per Customer” Option.The user can connect the Cash Account for the respective customer or all customers.Once this information is provided in the window, the user can select the Cash Account from the LOV option to be displayed in the mentioned Report. Regards,Lihini.

File directories for outgoing files - Cloud

Hi @CHHENL,In IFS cloud, the output file creation in the Output file Directory/History and Server Output file Direcotry/History locations has been changed.It will not be possible to provide “Output file directory” and “Output file directory, history” in IFS Aurena/ IFS cloud in the payment method per institute window. In IFS Aurena and Cloud, the output files will be downloaded to the browser default download folder, upon creating the payment order.The server output path /Oracle directory is used when creating the payment order files via background job process. Tax Report in IFS 10

Hi @ProShiraA In order to print a tax report, a tax proposal needs to be created. To create a tax proposal, following basic data needs to be set up in the application. The template of the tax report needs to be set up in the Tax Report window with the necessary information as follows.  When the tax report is defined in the system with the required tax template ID, then it will be possible to create tax proposals in the Automatic Tax Proposals window.Once the proposal is created,the user can print the report using RMB options to Print the report such as Print Preliminary Report, Print Definitive Report etc.Based on the Output Media defined in the tax report, the user can print the report as a file or an xml etc.The use can always find the printed reports in the Report Archive window for further reference.Hope this clarifies your question. How to create a credit invoice for an Instant invoice by RMB option?

Hi @Sadeepa Gamlath ,To include Credit notes in the Supplier Payment Orders, the following basic data needs to be done in the “Format Specific Information per Institute” window for payment method ISO20022.Go to Payment Institute window, Select on ISO20022 Payment method and use RMB option “Format Specific Information Per Institute.” This functionality is used to include credit invoices, grouped with the debit invoices in the ISO20022 xml. Hope this clarifies your question. IFS 8 Supplier payment proposal

Hi @NagarjunaWhat is the Payment Method that you are trying to use to create the Supplier Payment Order?The mentioned error message is a generic error message which is raised to restrict creating the payment order, if one or more of the following basic data is not set up in the application.The specified payment method used to create the payment order is not set up for the supplier as the electronic payment address.The currency supported for the payment format is not similar to the currency of the selected invoices in the proposal.Format specific information per institute has not been defined for the respective payment method selected to create the supplier payment order.These could be the reasons for the mentioned error, therefore can you check whether the basic data is set up correctly in the a application?If you still encounter the error, kindly get back to me. Regards,Lihini.
