Check to see if there is an attachment on the Engineering Part Revision If so, you can Detach it and then delete the Revision. Gregg
If you are trying to create a Menu Item for the Actual Object ID On the Custom Menu page, you can RMB in the Key Translation area and select Browse Source Columns and find the Actual_Object_ID field. You can do the same for the Browse Destination Column also After Saving the Custom menu, go back to the Work Task page and RMB select Custom Objects>Reload Configuration Search for your Work task and RMB to select your new menu and the Equipment Object Navigator screen for that Object. You might want to check that the Maintenance Plan is Generatable and the Valid From and Valid To Dates are accurate. Gregg
It appears that the Address Bar is checked. To access this, Select the Alt button on the keyboard and this will open up the menu options at the top of the page. Select View and click on the Address Bar text to uncheck it. Or use the shortcut, Ctrl+Shift+A Gregg

You might check your PM Plan Horizon. Application Base Setup>System Setup>System Definitions - Object Property Tab. There is a setting called PM_PLAN_HORIZON, see if it is set for 2022, if so, change it to a later year. Also, not sure if it is Apps 8, under Service and Maintenance>Preventive Maintenance>Maintenance Plans, you can select Extend/Shorten Plan and enter the new year in that screen Hope this helps. Gregg
