Media Attachments in 23R1

Hi All,One of our customers are also observing the same issue (they are using 23R1 SU3) - they are unable to attach images to objects.But we see no record created for EquipmentObject LU in the Object Connection Transformations screen & we see that ServiceModel LU is not available. Do you recommend any solution for this scenario? Do we have a workaround to suggest to the customer? Best Regards,Shani

No search on custom page and page won't filter.

Hi @ToBeNL ,Please click on the magnifying glass option, then the filtering options would appear.I haven’t tested this on 22R1 SU5, but I believe this will work.

Possibility of creating Clickable Hyperlinks - IFS Cloud

Solution:(i) Once you add the custom field via the Page Designer > Set Fieldhint field to URL > Save and Publish the context.(ii) Then a global shaped icon will appear before the text added to the custom field > Click on the global icon, and it will direct you to the added destination (URL)

How to add a Search option on Custom Aurena Page?

Hi @arebbeadle ,(i) Go to the “Selectors” section under the “All Elements” section > Create the custom selector as required. (ii) Then you can add the created custom selector to the page content section.Looking at the screenshot you have attached, I see that you have already created a selector “MyPick”.Please expand it and see what are the filters you have included. If you haven’t add any fields to filter the records, add them > Save, Publish the context.--------------If you need to enable the search filtering option, please click on the below highlighted magnifying glass.Then all the filtering options will appear.

IFS Cloud - Open Detail - Error - Problem with navigator

Hi @InfFilipV ,I observed the same error in 22R1 core environments. Please create a Support case for this, Support consultants will further investigate and report this to RnD. Remove the default value

Hi @12gYashoP , Setting/ Removing default values doesn't seem to be possible via the page designer (an option to set/ remove a default value cannot be found).I have checked this in IFS Cloud and APP10 Aurena.Check whether the below documentation helps you,https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/21r2/050_development/027_base_server_dev/030_mechanisms/060_default_values/

Hi @12gYashoP ,You can remove the default value of the Product PNG field by removing the below section via the page designer. Remove the update section and make sure to save and publish the context.Hope this helps.

Changing url for customer environments (Managed Services)

Hi @Sham_ARC ,Please raise a case to IFS mentioning the previous URLs and new URLs (that customer would like to have). The relevant team (depending on whether the environments are hosted in IFS Cloud or in a 3rd party hosting service) will check your request and support you accordingly.

Choosing Search header fields in Aurena

Hi @jamie.malangyaon ,I have checked this in APP10 Aurena, there is no separate filtering option named as customer name.You can use "Customer" option to filter the records with Customer Name.Please check the below screen capture. Hope this helps.

Hi @HyperRon ,I'm not sure whether you have found the answer to the above question you raised.Adding the Datasource Entity Set of the custom page via the page designer will enable the filtering options and the issue with filtering when navigating from another page via a command button will also be resolved (records will be filtered as per the parameters you set to filter when navigating via the command button).Please make sure to Save > Publish the context after adding the Datasource Entity Set. Hope this helps.

Aurena Custom command Navigation link to open new tab

Hi All,This seems to be a limitation in Aurena (APP10 and IFS Cloud).Both system-defined and custom command buttons cannot be opened via a new window/ tab (RMB on the command buttons, open in a new window/ tab … etc options not available).I believe you can create an idea for this.Best Regards,Shani

Aurena - Merge deployment

Hi @Paresh ,The behavior you have explained above is as per the current design of IFS Cloud.As for now, there is no way to import a different context done to the same instance/ artifact without overwriting the existing context.When importing configurations, the existing Client Model gets replaced by the Client Model that is being imported.So the solution would be to import the context available in the target environment to your testing environment, modify the configurations as required, and then import the configurations back to the target environment.Hope the above clarifies your query.Best Regards,Shani

Navigate to the custom page and copy the following from the URL(/web/page/[client name]/[page name]) 2. Is it possible to create conditional custom fields in IFS Cloud?

Hi @Pilar Franco,Thanks a lot for the information.The actual requirement of the customer is to make a custom field on a Customer Order Line (Customer Order > Lines tab) when a checkbox in the corresponding Sales Part is set to true.Not sure if referencing can be done for a custom field (referencing the custom attribute added in the SalesPart LU to CustomerOrderLine LU).
