HI @Mathias Dahl , The steps i followed are as follows. In Aurena opened the debug window and from element page Gl Balance analysis noted the Projection and entity set. Hi, There’s probably no need to use data migration. The standard functionality provides ‘Phase Out or Replace Structure Component’ functionality for this purpose. Just make sure you have ticked/un-ticked the required check boxes and if in any doubt, try to run some tests in a test database first! Good Luck Hi @Richard Owen , this option is good , i ticked the first option of structure exists with parent part phase, the lines are changed but the new revision is getting created with tentative state. i need to manually change the state to build phase.
You can also use the Structure Journal to see the changes that have been made within a structure revision. Helpful if the Site is set to Simplified. thanks

HI @Mathias Dahl , thanks i can now see the approvals but unfortunately when i click on approve there is another pop up comes saying ok or cancel , on pressing ok nothing happens on mobile phone using aurena client but the same aurena client when used on Computer the approval button is working and getting approved.
What kind of method you are using “insert new records “ or insert or update , if later then you need to check the settings properly.

I’m surprised if you are using standard costing that the cost is changed when the supplier price is updated. Most accounting practices would have you update standard cost only on a periodic (annual) or planned basis. Are you actually changing inventory value every time you do this update? We would run afoul of accounting if we followed this sequence. Our process is to update the SfPP Price, then update the Estimated Cost on the Inventory Part - then stop there. The cost is setup for when the future periodic costing is done - in a batch - we do not update individual costs for existing parts throughout the year as a general rule. There are some exceptions, but the process difference makes your problem not a problem. To answer your question though, no, there is no IFS function to do this automatically. A custom API could be written to do it, but nothing that would exist in your install. we generally change the price in supplier for purchase part window due to the fact that suppli
