@Udanee normally this happens because there is a mismatch between the Used in Ledger flag (AR) and currency revaluation flag for the posting types (null → GENLED) To overcome this I suggest to: → remove the account from Revalutaion Account screen → add the account back → the system should determine Used in Ledger GENLED and no longer AR. Then you could run the currency revaluation process. Thanks a lot Marcel . I will check.

I was able to sort the issue related to ‘select file’ not working.Here is the workaround suggested by Amila.Go to user settings page and then do a small change there, press save, undo the change and press save again. For example, user can toggle the radio buttons in “Preferred Document Type for View and Print” and press save in between.Best regards,Udanee

Dear all,Would like to mention that this information is very helpful and thank you for it.May I also ask the reason why the ‘’select file’’ option doesn't work for one of my customers who has enabled the IFS Aurena extension? The button select file, when clicked appears to do nothing. Since drag and drop is also not available, they are not in a position to attach documents via the select file option as well. @Nethmini Kosvinna ,Thank you for the clarification i also received similar result. The issue is that a craft id is marked as default to this employee and it gets fetched for current records . Nevertheless there are many previous time reporting records without craft id .Is it that the crafts were linked after time reporting was completed or there can be other reasons as to why the craft id has not been fetched? Which resulted in zero cost as maintenance organisation rate was 0.
