Hi @Castro12 , How about using the Planning Method “M” for your Product A ? This method will create SORs for parent (A) but will not propagate the dependent demand to components (B,C). Now, let’s say you have an independent demand for Product A, something like a Material Requisition. When you run the MRP, system will create a SOR for A. However, since you have setup the Planning Method as “M” for parent(A) there will not be a MRP Planned Demand for your components (B,C), thus no supplies created for those.no MRP Planned Demand so no PRsAfter a while your planners will convert the SOR of A to a Shop Order. Then run the MRP. As a result, system will now propagate the demand to components and supplies are created.
Hi @AanHGTS , I don’t think that is possible at the moment. It is crucial to have all the master data loaded at once for scheduling, as there are lot of dependencies and constraints involved. Any particular reason to limit like that ?If you want to limit the number of operations loaded with regards to a selected number of work centers, then that can be done like below at the loading dialog.Also, when scheduling you can again select only the required work centers and conduct scheduling.
Hi @AanHGTS , The decision of “unwanted work centers” is not something that can be decided at the loading of data to APB. For an example, suppose two operations are set to run with an overlap, so the the information of the work centers of both the operations are needed for the scheduling (after loading data). So it is not possible to identify these dependencies at the loading, hence all the master data are loaded. In APB, you can run simulations, like changing the resources and etc. so if we exclude some work centers and planner needs them for simulations then s/he will have to load again. I believe this is a tool you don’t regularly open and do planning, in general. Planner does it once per day/week/etc. and share the schedule. (of course can open anytime in between and do modifications/simulations).Also, for on-going operations setting a work center to “Blocked"(Inactive) state does any change ? Hi @bldrayi , There is no job to revert everything that has been done from an MRP job. In the next MRP run, changes will occur. If your question is about identifying (and removing) all the supplies that has been created as a result of MRP, then I believe you can use the below window for that. MRP Run Date = MRP execution date and time which generated the MRP results. This will help you to identify the supplies created by MRP for a particular site on a specific date. However, you cannot bulk delete those here. You will have to RMB and navigate to the exact supply and delete. If you want to delete Shop Order Requisitions or Purchase Requisitions then you can use the overview windows as well.
Hi @DKSSI , You cannot set to “Zero Cost Only” when there is a total unit cost like below. When you have on-hand quantities for the particular part it will be quite tricky to set this to “0”. As it affects your inventory value.

Best Regards, Bilal Drayi @bldrayi when you run the MRP on 20th it could remove all the unconfirmed supplies it has created on 17th MRP run.For an example, let’s say you have two Shop Order Requisitions that has created by MRP run on 17th. On 18th you convert one of these requisitions to a Shop Order. Now, when you run the MRP on 20th the one that was converted to a Shop Order will be intact but the other will get deleted (and might create a new one if the original demand is still there). Now the results of MRP on both days are there. As you can see, it is very tricky to reverse the results of a MRP run. There is no single job to reverse all what has happen due to MRP run and subsequently other actions that were done in the system by a user/other jobs.
Hi @jamiewhite , Yes, it is in Days. Looking at your requirement, you have to set the Max Lot Size also to “1”. So, one requisition to supply 1 unit per day can be achieved.
Hi @jamiewhite , I don’t think we can change it to hours like that in the standard application(without customizing). Perhaps you can try with changing the Calendar schedules but that will affect all other objects and process in the application. As I understood, you want to avoid shop order operations (into same work center) running parallelly due to constraints. For that, I suggest you refer to the below post where a similar discussion has taken place. Does this help ?

Hi @jamiewhite , In your setup you are supplying to a Production Line, so you will have to setup an inbound location there. Having the location setup in the work center does not link.

Hi @TTCRAJP , You can do that using Migration Jobs of “CREATE_OUTPUT_FILE” Procedure Name.In this example I have written this job to create a csv file in the network location. This file will contain the data from CUSTOMER_ORDER view and records belong to Site “TI1”Also, you can schedule this. When you right click on the header you have “Schedule Job” option. So, everyday at the above time the csv file will get created in the network location
@Theja looking at the error I think there is an object for this part. In the Equipment Object Navigator window search for the part number(BSD****) in the message. If you get a record check whether the Operational Status is “Scrapped”. Probably this could be the reason.
@BeaMarceA , just a hunch, could you check the Part Status of this “RO..” part ?Verify whether the Supplies are Allowed for that particular part status.
Hi @IccMariaR , At the moment it is not possible to split CRO pegged shop orders in the standard application.If you are going to conduct a repair using multiple Shop Orders then you will have to create multiple repair lines in the CRO and proceed. Otherwise, I believe you will have to go for a customization here to achieve your exact requirement.

Hi @TAPSUDJAY In a scenario, when you invoice the customer based on the progress you have made then the progress is retrieved to the Item line from the project activity ( after applying the weights if the item has been connected to multiple activities).Now, if there is a way to connect the same activity (x) to multiple items(1, 2) in the contract then you will see the same progress (x’s progress is 60%) in multiple items(1 - 60%, 2- 60%), hence customer will be over invoiced. Because, it is like you are invoicing for the progress made in multiple items based on a progress made in a common activity. To avoid this misinterpretation this is purposely blocked in the application. Similarly, you will get a warning message when you try to connect the same activity to multiple items in different contracts. Hope this clarifies the question you have.
Hi @MR10 , As per the current design;Request for Supplier Agreement Quotation is created for parts. Request for Order Quotation is created for no-part items.If you wish to change it then I believe you will have to go for a modification.
