I should also have specified, currently we are doing PO Line matching. I am also testing moving to Receipt matching as part of this process. I will get in this afternoon and compare and test. Thanks for the excellent responses and information!!!
This is for a non-inventory purchase part. Invoice consideration is not used. Even in balance, requiring invoice authorization.It appears to me that invoice authorization and tolerances are not related. It appears that invoice authorization is either an all or nothing setup, which seems really inefficient to me.
Unfortunately, it does not look like that capability transitioned to the cloud environment.
It appears that after making changes, you have to remove the field and re-add it in to the element.

Matt: Is there a way to allow the upload of documents to a document class so everyone that is assigned to that document class can view it? We have several people in our procurement team and do not want all of our requisitioners having to go in an add there names to every document for view access...not much value added.
I just added a brand new document to the purchase requisition and that person/user still cannot view it.I do not have person groups set up, adding persons individually.Probably a document access issue, but for the life of me, I cannot navigate my way through this document management process in IFS.
Any ideas what would cause this error when my top level approver goes in to approve an invoice under this approval level?For some reason he only has the acknowledge button. Same settings as above.
Thomas, yes, sorry rushed through it. Fixed using the 1500- rule. Also, unchecked Assign last step as authorizer...not sure what that does.
I have the following:Authorizer Assigning Rules:Below1500 Priority 2901500+ Priority 300Authorization Routing Rules:Below 1500 Only Person A (Seq 10)1500+ Both Person A (Seq 10) and Person B (Seq 20)
I thought I tried this once and it required Person A to authorize it twice if over $1500. I also tried two different rules, one for Person A and one for Person B with the rule for person A having Priority 10 and Person B having Priority 20.
Turns out need to add the projection ending in REP also to the permission set in addition to the handling projection.
There is no error in Dev Tools. The only two lines that are initiated when trying to close that work task is pictured below. I am starting to think the only option is a custom event and event action to set to NULL?

Thank you for the quick response. I removed the Copy under the Update function for Work Order Requis Group Field Set. It now leaves it blank. The list of options are available from the drop down, but when you click on one it leaves the field blank. See attachment.
In the cloud, 22R1, it does not appears to be working. See screenshot. Even after authorizing, it does not appear.
