Here’s what I did:Web: Send to mobile MWO: Accept, Start Travel, Waiting at LocationAt this time the travel clocking was completed and the work clocking was started.MWO: Cancel: not possibleThis makes sense as clockings exist, in particular the work clocking. I think Incomplete would make sense here. However, if you still wanted to cancel, I continued:Web: Clock Out (on the Assignment)This finishes the work clocking. Now I can delete both the travel and the work clocking.MWO: Cancel (Assignment) Web: Cancel TaskAgain, keep in mind that with this approach the tech’s travel won’t be available for any invoicing.
Did you try to cancel the assignment or the task? And using which client - web or MWO?

I tested this in 24R1. Task Assignment=”Waiting at location”. Completed and deleted the clocking. Then used Reject (prior to 24R1 this was “Cancel”), my assignment was cancelled and I was able to cancel the task (in web client). Similar to what Sampath suggested.Are you using work orders or requests? What happens if you “Incomplete”?

I don’t have a system to test atm, however barcode scanning works the same way as manually typing the search string. So when your list shows an ID and a Description, you can type and the list will be filtered based on matches in both fields. The same applies when you scan a barcode, the list will show records for which a field matches the encoded text/number. Also partial matches. But this is not tools-specific, it works almost everywhere in MWO.
Whenever you have a search field to pick an item from a list, you can select the Barcode button, the camera will be activated and the detected barcode will be pasted as alphanumeric input into the search field. There are some areas like “Scan and Issue” on the task’s material page, which activate the scanner right away, but I haven’t seen such a command under Tools.
Hi Iulia, you have 2 options.#1: Save a schedule and export it as XML. The XML has a section <plan> that includes the release.#2: Your PSO URL likely looks like this: https://<your-server>/pso/workbench/<your-org>/scheduling/resource. Shorten this to https://<your-server>/pso/workbench/default, the login page should display the release.
Can you elaborate on the requirement? What does fulfilling orders mean/require? The answer will likely not be PSO as it is not designed for persisting data. What upstream system is your PSO connected to?
Hi Miruna, have a look at IFS Cloud - Next-Generation Service Management demystified (23R2) | IFS Community, there is a chapter ton RSPs.Start Occurrence defines the first occurrence for which Generable will be set to true. When setting Start Occurrence=2 then the month July is excluded and the service will start in August.

I have confirmed this behavior in 24.1E.0 and created a ticket for it.
What is the reason for inactivating resources? Is this only a temporary deactivation?
If you need more customers in MWO, I guess you canmake sure your customer record has the right attributes to be included in the standard WHERE clause modify the default SQL (which requires Build Place) or wait for the Include rules in 23.2+.
The work order is linked to a single sub project and activity. Tasks are indirectly linked through the work order. 1:n wouldn’t work since you want to allocate work order progress and cost to one project activity.
Apologies, I keep forgetting that you are on 23R1. Are you still not seeing serial objects, even if they are connected to one of your assigned task?For your Serial Objects, can you check if you have a party relationship of type “Customer”?
This is probably related to your equipment issue (I do see lots of customers). Looking at Sync Rules>Entity Details I see this WHERE clause:customer_category_db = 'CUSTOMER' AND customer_id IN (SELECT * FROM customer_info_usg) and customer_id IN ( SELECT customer_no AS customer_no FROM jt_task where task_seq in (select task_seq from mobile_work_order_uiv) UNION SELECT identity AS customer_no FROM EQUIPMENT_OBJECT_PARTY_UIV WHERE party_type_db = 'CUSTOMER' AND contract IN (SELECT contract FROM mobile_equipment_object_access WHERE userid = (SELECT fnd_user FROM fnd_session) ))Looks like you get customers associated to the equipment you see. You could add an “Include” filter to sync additional customers.
