Hi allWe are importing our currency rates from an external source. The external source is using a conversion factor of 10,000 for 1 currency however for that same currency the conversion factor in IFS is 1. The external source can’t change the conversion factor from their end. Any suggestions as to how we resolve this issue?ThanksGT
What is the difference between work order tasks & service request tasks in terms of functionality? I know in service request, a task can be created, assigned, effort & cost can be reported. Is everything possible in work order management too? I want to use technician portal which is only compatible with work order tasks, so need to clarify. I will need funtionality to see the resource calendar/availability/eligibility too that is there in dispatch console.

In IFS Aurena, I have a lobby element that has a list of links, over 50+.A small sample of my link listWhen I left click on the link, I get a 404 error page but if I right click and select “open in new tab”, the link works.My question is, how can I get the left mouse click to open the link correctly and not get the 404 error message?Here is how my links are set up. I’m using a relative URL so I don’t need to hard code the domain when I transfer it to the client’s server.

Hi All,Is there a way to default a PageForm in Cloud through Page Designer. Below is an example:In the Service Resource Details screen, there are multiple forms as shown below. Navigate to Service Management > Request Management > Basic Data > Resource Basic Data > Service Resource Details I would like the ‘PersonForm’ to be the Default form when a user opens the screen. Is this achievable using the existing baseline screen? Also, I would like the screen to default the Search Criteria to ResourceType = ‘Person’ and this criteria shouldn’t be editable for the user.Are the above 2 queries feasible? Is there a way to update a code part value for a cash transfer in IFS Cloud?We need to be able to select a cost center when creating a cash transfer but it is blocked in mixed payment. This is possible for other payment methods. Thank you
I have been working in our test, prod environment just fine with IFS Report Designer. But when I tried to move to our another environment. I am getting “You don’t have enough privileges to invoke this method. Please contact your system administrator”. We just copied the Prod environment over this new environment so I have the same security as in Prod which I still can get in just fine with the Report Designer. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Does IFS Apps 10 have an XML schema for an EDI 820 Payment Order or EDI 812 Credit Adjustment (used for credit memos) and an EDI 844 Product Transfer Adjustment? We have a 3rd party EDI translator that we use with IFS and we have several customers requesting us to use the EDI 820 or 812 document for credit invoices and the 844 document for chargebacks. I’ve searched the IFS Interface Browser but have not come across anything yet. I’m looking at using the SendInvoice XML schema to generate the 812 EDI file keying off of the series ID of CR but have not tested it yet. If anyone else has a solution for this, any insight is appreciated!
Is there anyone who have already implement the process as follows:We are manufacturing semi-finished part which is ordered by customer and invoiced from customer → Part stays in stock, ownership change in invoicing point customer owned. Customer is currently on 21R2 and we have some questions regarding history logging.How do we turn on history logging on configured fields? On the CFT table? i can’t seem to find it in the History Log Configuration The Import/Export functionlity, can you only export per table? or is there a way to export all configurations you have done on all LUs at the same time? Is there a way to setup history logging on the actual history logging setup? So it can be tracked who turned on/off history logging for a certain table.
Hello everyone I am having a custom page which must only be read only . but currently it has options for adding and editing . I tried checking the permission sets . but not sure about it . and if I give the read only grants to the projection of that custom page . it does not change anything in that page . what should I do to change the page to read only . Please guide me with this .
Hello, I have a scenario where in the same customer order I can have one salesperson and one different commissioner (external commissioner). Is it possible to indicate both? How can I do it? Dear All,Hope you are doing well. I have a question about the Email Pay Slip configuration. we have almost completed the configuration job. However, When we receive the pay slip through email, we just receive only one sheet of two pages document. But when we preview it, we can properly see both pages, anyhow we missed the 2nd page when it is received through email. Anything which we have missed during the configuration or can it be a bug?
