We recently upgraded our ifs from apps 9 to 10 , the way IFS being accessed is using the name like https://ifsme-prd-srv.culdomain.ae , but when we are trying to publish it on azure it needs an IP address https://10.23.5.13. with port. Can i do some setup for DNS resolution where i can access IFS from browser in both ways.https://ifsme-prd-srv.culdoman.ar or https://10.23.5.13.

Where is user password when Internal IDP is used in IFS Cloud

It seems that oracle user is no longer required when IFS User is created in IFS Cloud.So, when IFS Cloud is set to use Internal IDP for user authentication, where is the user password stored? If there is Oracle user for the IFS user, will Oracle password be used at all? Neno

TouchApps server 'breaks' after IIS restart of "IFS TouchApps" web site

If we happen to need to restart the IIS web site for our TouchApps server, then TouchApps no longer works (503 error when loading customer portal page)

Company with 3 decimals

Hi,We have companies dealing with 3 decimals points like Oman and Bahrain, i have regional setting to 3 decimals and the decimals in currency rate is 3. when in create a customer order then invoice and totals amounts are rounded to 2. Is there any way to any setup needed to work completely with 3 decimals in customer order and invoice. (we are using IFS10 UPD11)Thank you.

Requisition to $0 Purchase Order

We recently upgraded from APPS8 to APPS10 and the business has found that we can no longer convert $0.00 No Part Purchase Requisitions to a PO with right click → Requisition to Order... due to the error “Field [Price/Base] is mandatory for Purchase Order Line Nopart and requires a value”. The business reports that they used to be able to do this in APPS8. They are working around it by updating the Requisition to $1.00, converting it, and updating the price on the PO to 0.In the initial case reported to IT they were sending a part out for warranty repair at no cost, and needed a PO in order to receive it back in. Is there a recommended alternative to process no cost warranty repairs? Or other recommend process to convert $0 no part PR lines to a PO?

Active directory user sync job issues

Hello Community,Is there a way to set active directory user synchronization job at once per day in IFS apps 10? We have a setup where job is keep on executing and even connected scheduled database task is deactivated. There is a field mapping issue but expectation is log the error and end the job according to the schedule. But here job is keep on executing for multiple times What will happen if below one time task parameter is set to ‘TRUE’ together with settings on latter screen cap?

My Absence Calendar does not show properly for next year.

As you can see in the screeshot for current year, I can see the weekends and the days off. But if I select next year, all of that disappears. See next screenshot. Does anybody know, why is this happening?

IFS Aurena Scan it 10 Invalid redirect URL

When trying to login from Aurena Scan it 10 the following was shown : Reference : IDP-fu9S0W23xyg4 Code : IDP_PROTOCOL_FLAW Message : Request failed to fulfil protocol requirements Information : Invalid redirect URL After the investigating the Issus i found the customer’s middleware server console didn't have the redirect URI ifs-ifsaurenascanit10://auth configuration added . But after adding the configuration the issue still hasn't been solved Can anyone please advise?

Microsoft Office error

while accessing Microsoft Office applications on my Windows pc 0x00000020 , I’m getting some kind of error code or error message , I have tried few online repair to get rid of this issues but not getting any true result. Lobby Date Parameter

HelloI believe i have some very basic question. How can i change Lobby Page parameter #TODAY# to pass/display date as MM/DD/YYYY, there must be some setting i am missing , when i try to overwrite default today’s date with correct format i still cannot get correct query result in the elements.here are my settings 2- How to fix condition in following to get default #today# from page or let the user enter any other date to pass . In following example i am expecting Planned orders = zero and Created today = 361 (as of 1/14/2021)
