Flow of charges from demand site to supply site CO

Hello, Do we have a functionality available where charges added on demand site CO can get added on supply site CO automatically ? For example:We get an order at site A (CO creation)Use supply code int purch dirthen we send PO created at Site A to Site B which creates CO at Site B Scenario:We add charges on CO which is created at site A but we want it to flow to PO at site A and then on CO which is created at site B ? Is it possible without custom events ? Thank you.

WIP issue during month end

We are currently facing an issue where our WIP is being driven to a negative balance that appears to be driven by partially completed shop orders. As customer demand fluctuates, our production planning schedules are adjusted based on the priority of the newer orders/jobs received. Orders currently in process may be paused to start the newer, higher priority orders. Because of this, we have many shop orders which are processed partially, have operations reported partially and have shop order receipts received partially into finished goods. At any given time, there are a large number of shop orders found in partially completed status.The partially completed shop orders are receiving the full cost of material and labor into finished goods instead of a proportionate amount of material and labor. As a result, it appears that more cost is being taken out of WIP than has been added to it. For example,A 500 piece shop order is partially completed with 300 pieces. Expecting only the following t

Object connections to Quality Audit Screen

Hello, I would like to connect Shop Order, Work Center, Supplier to Quality Audit screen as an object. What should I enter into service list field which is available on object connection screen ? ShopOrd is currently connected with NCR as an object but I would like to connect it to Quality Audit Screen as well. Can you please help ? Thank you.

Connecting a control plan for pegged shop order

Hello, I am trying to connect a control plan for a shop order which is pegged from customer order. IFS is showing me an error that “Cannot connect control plan to this shop order” . Is it a bug or standard functionality ? We need our QA team to inspect and enter analysis for customer orders created to address quality issues. Please let me know. Thank you.

Customer Invoice Showing Preliminary status and Number on report

WADACO register arrival transaction error

Hi, I was trying to receive the purchase order created by distribution order using WADACO in IFS Aurena. It is showing me following error:but when I try to receive this order using register arrivals then IFS allows me to receive it. My distribution order is in ‘In Transit’ state. Warehouse Storage capacities

Hi, I am trying to setup warehouse storage capacity on warehouse navigator screen. I have entered all the parameters for Width, Height, Depth, Volume and Carrying capacity for Site, Warehouse and Bin location. I have also defined storage requirements on part catalog and inventory part. Whenever I try to receive the part on that location it shows me following error: am I missing some step here ? Thank you.

Service Management Work order invoice error

Hi Team, I was working on Service management work order in IFS Apps 10 UPD 10. I found that whenever I try to create invoice for my service order it shows me this error in the background job. I am not able to create invoice because of this error. Is it a bug ? Please let me know. Thank you.

Hi Team, I am trying to create following scenario in IFS: Site A Releases Customer order and the set up automatically created a PO for Site B.butIntersite CO doesn't get created for for site B Do I need to enable some setting which will create intersite CO for site B ? Hi Team, I created service request from customer order type SEO but I cannot see ‘Customer Owned’ object id connected to service request. It shows me an error:I want service request to automatically pop up the customer owned service object. DOP Shop order control plan

Hi, We are currently on IFS Aurena app. I noticed that If I create shop order manually then IFS shows me ‘Create manufacturing analysis’ option to register control plan for particular operation on shop order but if my shop order gets created from DOP then ’Create manufacturing Analysis’ option gets disappeared from operations line menu . What should I do inorder to register the manufacturing analysis if the ‘Create Manufacturing analysis’ option is not there ? It doesn’t allow me to receive the shop order without doing that. Please help.

Move parts to different location type

Hi, How to move part from one location type to another? Currently Part A sits at ‘Picking’ location but we want to move this to ‘Arrival’ or ‘Quality Assurance’ ? I am trying to move it using transport task but it is showing me an error that “cannot move to location type “Arrival” when not connected to purchase order. We have received PART A using purchase order. Please let me know how can we proceed on this. Thank you for your help.

Posting Non inventory sales part

Hi, We have non inventory sales part invoice in ‘Printed’ status and when I checked customer invoice posting analysis it is showing me an error for non inventory sales part “Value is missing or has an invalid time interval for posting type M30 control type C49 code part B in company ABCD” How can I resolve this error ? Please help.

Displaying signature within crystal reports

Hi, We are using third part app to capture the signature of truck driver and shipper . This signature gets attached to respective shipment via document management.We have connected both the signature with crystal report (bill of lading) but whenever we print the bill of lading crystal document , it shows black spot for both the signature. I checked database too and i found that images are storing as png and those images are also black. signature fields are dynamic data field and it changes as per the shipment Do you have any turn around solution where we can print the signature clearly on the document ?

Customer Order Hold Apps 9

Hi, Is there a way in IFS which can put customer order on hold after releasing the order ? Scenario: Customer wants us to hold the order and not to ship on wanted delivery date after releasing the order. We have NR as a shipment type so whenever we release the order it creates the shipment but Can we make any setting on customer order which will not allow shipment processing ?

Barcode print on operational report

Hi, I am trying to convert shipment id into bar-code using IFS report designer but it shows black rectangle when i try to print out the report instead of bar-code. It also gives me an error “Property font-weight is not allowed on bar-code” Here are my setting Can you please help me to resolve this ? Thank you for your help.
