Hi All,Can you please help me to resolve these questions regarding creating new service requests from mobile (IFS Cloud mwo - ServiceEngApp).What’s the difference between creating new through work assignment and through new service request? In mobile, when creating the new service request, there is a mandatory lov fields named ‘Service’ and ‘Service Organization’. In Aurena from where I can setup this data. After creating the Service request from mobile, will it be transferred to back-office? Hi, In IFS ServiceEng App, it is possible to see historical work related to an object through Service Book functionality. Even though this is an online capability it is possible to still see this information via cached data. Can you please explain, for how long this data will stay in the mobile app. As I experienced, session expiration will not remove this data from the app. Is there a general guideline on upto how long time this information will be available in the app. Customer expecting to work offline upto 7 days in some scenarios. Will the cache memory support this duration to see historical work? Thank you very much!

Hi, When we incomplete an assignment, there is a field to set remaining hours for the Activity. That is ‘Remaining hours to complete work’When the mobile user decide to incomplete an assignment and then he adds few hours to ‘Remaining hours to complete work’ field. When the mobile user add these additional hours, what will happen in the background.Should it create a new demand line for the same work task or more follow-on allocations? Hi,Does anyone know how to hide Keep pool task window from mobile.When a work assignment is accepted from a pool keep task, and when we are completing the assignment, this window would appear as the last step. When the Pool-keep task has a duration and when the mobile user accepts the pool-task it gives the below Failed transaction.ORA-20105: JtExecutionInstance.FINISHDATENOTWITHIN: Allocated interval is too short for the allocated hours.Has anyone encountered this? In MWO is it possible to hide some tiles by removing security grants. Other than that is it possible to hide tiles using page designer? Is there a way to configure the order of the visible tiles. If I need to move MY WORK Tile to the bottom will that be possible?
Hi, When Misc allocations are approved, they will be visible in the mobile Calendar. However, only the ongoing and Future Misc allocations will be visualized here. But upto how long in future, will this be displayed. Do we have the ability to configure the sync period. Thanks!Best Regards,Nethmi
Hi, From workflow configuration, there is a possibility to decide whether to keep or return the assignment automatically up on completion. However, this is not possible for incomplete action, where it always requires to return manually. However, this is an additional action for Mobile users. Therefore we would like to have the same ability to return the assignments automatically. We have tried to do this from page designer configurations as well, but it is not possible. Can you please explain us if there is already a way to return assignments Automatically when incompleting? Thank you!
Hi, 1. Create a workflow configuration and switch off 'Allow Accept' Status2. Create a Work Task and Transfer to mobile (the previously created workflow configuration should apply to the assignment)3. In mobile you will see the Accept button is hidden4. But the status of the Assignment has been changed to AcceptedThis is contradicting because the intention is to hide Accept button and the Assignment should be moved from Assigned State to Work Started when the user click work start button. Also this behavior has impacts on PSO planning as well.If we keep the button and skip clicking Accept and if we directly click on Start Work, the Assignment Status will be changed from Assigned to Work Started. But in this case by removing 'Accept' button, it removed the ability to keep the assignment in Assigned status. This is contradicting. If it is needed to remove Assigned status, the status Assigned should have been removed via the workflow configuration.I believe this is a bug, but if not can y
In the mobile app, in time picker (time clock), the time interval is set to 1 minute. However, since our customer is only need to report time in 15 mins time intervals, we would like to have the ability to have it configurable/modifiable. However, with the current framework, we are unable to do that modification/configuration. Could you please let us know if this identified as a requirement for future developments.
Hi, In 22R1 and 22R2, calendar view has been implemented in mobile. Please let me know if below are possible. We can see the assignments on the calendar, breaks and the misc. allocations (Ex:vacation days) reported from mobile. If they report vacation on mobile will it be synchronized to HR module and vise versa? Is it possible to see the public holiday calendar (This needs to be defined per site) in mobile calendar? Hi, We have a scenario where, the mobile users will have to create new work from mobile, when assignments are not available in my work list. In Apps 10 MWO , there was a separate tile called New Work, so from there it was possible to create new work irrespective of the existence on work assignments in mobile.Do you know are we going to get this functionality in the future for the cloud mwo app, or do you have any workaround for this scenario. When Cancelling on Incompleting work assignments, there is this option to “Suggest to Reassign the Task”. Can you please explain how this functionality work. If PSO is used will the inform PSO regarding the reassigning ? Thanks !
Can you please explain how incompleting/canceling the multiple visit assignment will impact PSOScenario 1:We have transferred work to the mobile via PSO, in a way that creates multiple visits. Then from mobile start work. Then the mobile user needs to incomplete the work. Then the current visit will be incompleted and remaining will be cancelled.Did not create new work from mobile at incomplete.Q1: Can you please explain how this remaining work should be re-planned from PSO?

In the Grouped push filter map I am able to see what is the filter that has been applied. In the application, what is the window that I can use to edit or delete this where condition.
