Hello, I want to build a Quick Report in which the available absence hours and current balance hours from current balance summary are displayed per employee. I have made the following SQL statement in which the current balance hours are displayed correctly, but the absence hours are incorrect. I can not seem to get the query right, is there someone who can? Hi, I experience an issue with the Sub Project Completion functionality. Maybe I am misunderstanding it or I am missing some settings, but I hope someone can help me clarify. So this is the scenario: We use periodical capitalization for the revenue recognition of our projects. The Project Type = Capitalize Rev/Exp and the method = POC Income First. Sometimes we carry out a preliminary assignment before we start the ‘main’ assignment. The cost and revenue of the preliminary assignment are registered in a separate Sub Project. When the preliminary assignment is completed we want to capitalize all the cost and revenue in the separate Sub Project. After that is completed, we close and complete the Sub Project with the functionality Sub Project Completion. So far so good… After a while the main assignment starts, and new costs and revenue are registered on the project. After the month is finished, we run the periodical capitalization of the project and here is the issue. What I expect i

Hi, I want to use Staged Billing for Customer Orders and Payment Schedule for Purchase Orders, but I ran into a problem with the cashflow forecast. For example:I have a Customer Order with one line with a total of €10.000. It is divided into 3 installments:10%, with a payment term of 5 days 60% with a payment term of 30 days 30% with a payment term of 60 daysSee below the Staged Billing. But when I generate the cashflow forecast, IFS makes the forecast based on the Expected Approval Date (as seen above, this is correct) plus the Payment Terms on the Customer Order. But the Payment Terms is 60 days, which is standard for this customer. So it will not consider the different payment terms per stage. Is it possible to combine the Staged Billing with differt payment terms per stage?
Hi, I created a new Relation for Fact to use in my Business Report. I want to add the new Fact to the Custom Attributes for Facts menu. To do this I need to Unpublish the Custom Attribute, but I ran into an Error Message. See the screenshot below. Is there a way to work around/solve this issue, without unpublishing and removing the Fact Items that are used in current Business Reports?

Hi, I need some help with a SQL statement for a Quick Report I try to create. I want to show the total amount of a Purchase Order including charges (when a charge or multiple charges are applied on an order) and excluding tax. I created the statement below, but did not get the desired result. The statement is working fine, except the bold part. The statement returns only a value in ‘Total Amount’ when there are charges applied on the Purchase Order. And also, when there are multiple charges applied on the PO, the statement returns multiple lines. See the example below. Purchase Order Wanted Receipt Date Receipt Week Status Total Amount P101306 12-01-2021 02 Closed 726,6 P101306 12-01-2021 02 Closed 701,6 My desired result is: When there are no charges applied on the Purchase Order, the report should show the total amount of the Purchase Order. Hi, I ran into an issue with Business Reporter. I use the data source Business Opportunities. But Business Reporter gets stuck when I try to run my report. There is no error message or some sort, just the screen below which gets stuck. By trial and error, removing items and then test run the report, I discovered what caused the issue: it is item ‘Probability’ and ‘Description’, both under item Probability. When I remove that Item, my report runs without problems. But I do not know how I can resolve this issue? Help is highly appreciated because I want to display the item Probability in my report. Hi, I want to create a Lobby Data Source which shows the sum of values stored in 3 views. Therefore, I need to create an IAL. But I struggle to get the desired result. Hi,I created two Custom Fields, one in the view PURCHASE_ORDER_LINE_PART and the other in PURCHASE_ORDER_LINE_NOPART. They are identical.I want to display the values in one custom field in the view RECEIPT_INFO_ALT, because in the menu ‘Register Arrivals’ both Part and No Part order lines are displayed. Hi, It seems that the standard functionality for converting/merging a business lead to a customer results in IFS deleting the lead. Is there some way to stop IFS from deleting the buniness lead? Or another menu where we can still see the lead? Because we want to keep track of how many leads we bring in, and analyze on for example the source. I hope someone can help me on this. Hi,We experience an issue when we try to complete a project. We want to complete a project for 100%.When I run the ‘Generate Unfinished Work Activity Items' event in the Project Deliverables Navigator, I get the following result: I cannot set the status of the project to Completed because there are some supplier invoices which we have not received. So when I try to complete the project in the finance module, I cannot complete it for 100% because the status of the project is not Completed (and this is blocked by the supplier invoices which we have not received yet). The screenshot below shows the error in the finance module. Is there a way to work around this issue? We want to complete the project for 100% and we do not want to wait on our suppliers for sending the invoices.We are on APPS10 Update 7.
Hi, I have an issue with adding a field on a lay-out in Report Designer. I want to add a field on the pdf lay-out of the Customer Invoice, but two tables overlap in Report Designer with as result that I am not able to add the new field. Hi, I created a Custom Field in the LU IncomingInvoice which returns the Coordinator Name based on the PO Reference. But there could be multiple PO References separated with a semicolon. When that is the case IFS returns no value. Is it possible to solve this issue, so that IFS returns multiple values when there are multiple PO References. Please see the screenshots below. Hi, I noticed an issue with the column Planned Revenue in the Project Navigator while is was creating a report with Business Reporter. This column displays revenue different for Project/Customer Invoices and Instant Invoices: Instant InvoicesThere is no revenue displayed in the column Planned Revenue when using an Instant Invoice. An Instant Invoice in the preliminary state will result in revenue displayed in the column Preliminary Revenue. When the Invoice has status Printed, the revenue will transfer from Preliminary to the Posted Revenue Column. This seems logical to me. Project/Customer InvoicesThe column Planned Revenue shows a value when the line in the Invoicing Plan is set to invoicable. For the Customer Invoice flow the column shows a value when the Customer Order is released. But even when the Project/Customer Invoice is created or has status PostedAuth, the revenue will still be displayed in the column Planned Revenue as well as in the other columns. So how am I to display
Hi, When using Order Report in IFS, an Information Message appears with the text: Attempting update for read-only data source. This message appears five times, so I need to click five times on OK before I can order a repport. Does anyone know what the trigger for this message is and how I can resolve this? Kind regards,Simon
Hi, I noticed that lines in the Invoicing Plan are not included in the cashflow forecast, it is not a cash flow source. Is there a reason why this is excluded and is there a way to include the invoicing plan lines (which have not yet been updated to a project invoice) in the cashflow forecast?Kind regards, Simon
