HelloI try to set up two expense rules for same employ No. The expense rule of “xx-rule” with configuration ID of “NORMAL” is generic for all employees, and special rule of “CAR” with configuration ID of “CAR-PRI” for 090006 if there is other purpose. When 090006 create a travel request, and choose expense rule of “xx-rule”, the configuration ID can not be chosen to “NORMAL” but only “CAR-PRI”, why it can not match as rule assignment? how to make it happen? please advise. Hello TeamWe start processing supplier Kanban circuit, when scan Kanban ID, the Kanban purchase requisition will be generated, then transfer to purchase order, after release PO, the purchase order did not pick up relative authorization rule as expected. HelloWe have employee ID 130081 in shop floor employees and set up his default team as SPL5, but in Current Team Employees, his team is SPL3, when to go shop floor workbench> join team this ID only can find from SPL3, some question here :shop floor employees, the default team can be filled in by batch (or from other screen) instead of select ID then fill in one by one? shop floor workbench, when enter as team of SPL3, so 130081 only can find in SPL3, not SPL5, what is the reason? What is the different of “Team” in “Current Team Employees” and “default team” in “Shop floor Employees”? The “Team” in “Current Team Employee” can pick up from which field by default but not manual input?ThanksSusan

Hello teamFor customer order line supply code with “purch order trans”, it has PO line link as Supply Chain Customer order analysis” screen being shown (Planned ship date =8/17/2023 same as PO planned receipt date) at beginning. Advance PO receipt date to 8/7/2023 and click Yes to “replicate change to pegged order”, but go to supply chain customer order analysis, the CO line’s planned ship date does not change to 8/7/2023 (or 8/10/2023 consider routing ID) and still keep as 8/17/2023 (not advance as it is). Postpone PO receipt date to 9/4/2023 and click Yes to “replicate change to pegged order”, then go to supply chain customer order to analysis, the CO line’s planned ship date does change to 9/7/2023 (consider Routing ID). Can you please help to check why CO planned ship date does not change when advance PO receipt date, but postpone does work? Any basic data need to set up or other action need to take? Hello We want to implement detail control plan for purchase part and manufacturing part. For manufacturing part, we should input S/N for each Data Point and each Result No, first step we can sequence Result No by click head and input S/N (1st picture) for 1st result no, then save, but after save, the sequence will be change as per Data Point (2nd picture), which will not easy to input 2nd result no data.Can I always freeze sequence of Result No (or other specify columns）？How can I make it happen? HelloWe got two lines of early order message for same PO line with different due date, PO 151507-1-1 received 594pcs and PO due at dock qty is 2416, what action to take for these two actions or any other proposal? For “transport lead time”, in Help mention that it is counted in working days of external transport calendar, where this calendar to set up, if not set up, which date it will be counted. HelloOur company would like to start have equipment and tool management in IFS10. The purpose is to have equipment/tool overview/management , and some activity being recorded and reminded to take per due date.. ), but have some questions need you help clarify: In IFS10 functions, what is the different of Functional/Serial object and Tool/Equipment? which one it more suitable for us to use?
