What action to take for partial PO arrived Qty and due at dock Qty for same PO line?

Hello

We got two lines of early order message for same PO line with different due date, PO 151507-1-1 received 594pcs and PO due at dock qty is 2416, what action to take for these two actions or any other proposal? 

Along with these messages, for the arrived Qty, it should be waited for inspection, why MRP still consider it can be rescheduled （it should be fixed)?  Can IFS take it as available after inspection lead time and how to make it happen?
