"Preview" of invoice doc on Instant Authorisation

The preview screen is working but for some users it is asking the user “Do you want to open or save this file”, but others it just automatically shows the pdf in the preview screen. How do you change this so it doesn’t prompt you to open or save the file before previewing the pdf file?Thank you

SQL Query using max

I am trying to bring back the maximum valuation number from subval_valuation_cfv for that subcontract and if a valuation doesn't exist for that subcontract, then bring back row but show valuation no as null. I only want to see one row for ever subcontract number even if a valuation doesn’t exist. Payment Addresses ISO20022

We recently had an issue when uploading the xml file to our bank that is generated through the BACS run, where some one had accidentally added too many numbers to the account number.Looking at the payment address on the supplier record I can see the creditor account and clearing system member id field is not limited to 8 & 6 characters, is there a way of doing this or will it be a matter of creating an custom event to stop the user inputting more than 8 & 6 characters for these fields?

HR - Rolling year sickness

We have an absence group called ‘SICKNESS’ which is based on a rolling year. Sickness is generated when a new starter joins, but we have noticed it doesn’t automatically generate the following year. Is this correct should we have to manually generate the sickness yearly as this would be different for each employee at different times.We are using APPS10.Thank you.

Document Management Attach Existing

In Aurena, when you go ‘My Expense Sheet Details’ and click on ‘Attachments’ then ‘Attach Existing’ command you see all documents that have been attached by anyone, even when they do not relate to expenses.For example, in the screen shot below I am seeing supplier invoices: This is a data security issue and I need to understand how to remove them from the list.

Lobby Data Source using table alias

I have created an lobby element which shows me which sub contract valuations are certified but not paid. The issue I am having is it will not allow me to add an alias on the view and I am 99% sure you was able to do this.For example, here is my definition and I want to add the alias ‘a’ so it knows in my select statement to use the sub_con_no and valuation_no from the subval_invoice_details view.I am using ifs apps 10, update 15. Thank you

No PDF report returned from Crystal Web Service

Our report server includes print agent, crystal web and BR execution server, and we keep getting issues with our crystal reports in which we are getting the following error in IFS:“No PDF report returned from Crystal Web Service”If I reboot the server we are then able to print crystal reports again. I need to work out why this keeps happening? I have noticed that we had window updates that needed installing, could this cause the issue?Is it also possible to set-up an alert that emails myself when this happens?Thank you.

Custom Field on Supplier Invoices Analysis

I want to create a custom field on the supplier invoices analysis screen but no data is showing.I am going to the LU IncomingInvoice: Using the api ‘project_api.get_name’. The field code_c is the project_id.When I load the custom field to the view I see no data: I have managed to create this custom field on the Supplier Invoice Analysis (detailed screen) which uses LU ‘InvoiceLedgerItem’.Any ideas?Thank you.

Aurena - Using custom fields in a sales process

Hi,I have created a sales process template with actions for Business opportunities.In my action I am using custom fields, but in Aurena these do not show correctly.As you can see I have two custom fields ‘Public\Private’ and ‘Sector’ under actions that require the end user to enter the data.When you select sequence 30 and click ‘Enter Data’ you get the following:On a non custom field it displays correctly: How do I get the custom fields to display correctly? Notify Me Expenses

We are experiencing performance issues when it comes to expenses and I can see a background job called 'NotifyMe - Refresh markdowns for expense.' and ‘NotifyMe - Register notifications for expense.’Does any one know what this does, do I need them on?Does any one know how to control these background job, set-up etc.? Aurena - Can you print of media in Expenses

In Aurena, you have an option in adding a document or media. I have been told that some employees would like to print off the media that is attached to the expense sheet.I can see there is an option to print the document, but not the media? Thank you.

Aurena - Application For Payment Custom Fields

Hi,I have created 3 custom fields in IEE client for the logical unit ‘AppForPayment’. I can add the custom fields in IEE client but when I go to Aurena I don’t see them? I have made sure the custom fields are approved and published: Any help would be much appreciated.Thank you.

Aurena - Creating a command using custom api

Hi,I have transferred a custom tab from IEE client to Aurena. I am now trying to convert the RMB to commands in Aurena.I have added the api to the projection configuration. Then gone to Sub Contract and added a new command - ExecuteAction under the new list I created. I pick the action but when it comes to the Parameter mappings I am unsure what values I should be picking? The parameter list only gives me the following: The context Value gives me the following: Any help would be much appreciated.

Cannot reach identity storage. Please contact administrator.

When we try to log onto our non production environments we are getting the following error:Cannot reach identity storage. please contact administrator. We have tried restarted the middleware and database but still getting the same error. Our Live environment is working with no errors. Any ideas?

Duplicate Business Activity invite in Outlook

When we create a business activity in Aurena and sync to outlook we are getting 2 invites showing up in our outlook calendar?I have checked my person record and I only have one email address assigned to me. Has anyone had the same issue?Thank you

Aurena - Information Change Request

In apps 10 we have an event that sends an email to our HR team when some one requests for information to be be changed on there records through the Employee Info - Change Request screen.We are now moving over to Aurena but been informed by IFS that when a change is requested in Aurena it has to be approved in Aurena as the 2 are not linked, which means our existing event action will not work as it is using a different view/table.Does anyone know what the view/table in Aurena that the Information change request is using, so I create a new event action or any help in how I can trigger an email to be sent when some one puts in a request?Thank you.

Projections - Manage Supplier Invoice

I have granted read only access on the projection ‘ManageSupplierInvoiceHandling’ and given full access on some entity actions so the user can authorise etc.I would also like to give access to the notes section so the end user can add a note but when I grant full access to the projection ‘NotesInfoVirtual’, it also gives the user access to edit the other sections. In ee client I was able to control this by api’s but I am struggling to do this in Aurena, any help would be much appreciated.This is what I get when I grant full access to the projection ‘NotesInfoVirtual’, if I leave as read only I don’t see the ‘+’ under the notes section or authorise summary.

BR Execution Report Server

When we run our BR reports we are getting the following error message appearing on the IFS Business Reporter execution Server Console: Failed to start Excel Application , Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)). , Template rendering Exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object., . Error not related to report design. Therefore report not saved to error folder. Aurena Expense Sheet

When you use the Quick Expense Reporter in Aurena, we are unable to attach documents/media.When we try to attach an image we get the following error:We also get the same message when we try to attach PDF’s, ideally we want to be able to attach media as most people will be filling out expenses on there phone.Are we missing some set-up in document management?Thank you.Nikki

is there a way of only showing certain document classes for certain views? For example when creating an expense and you attach a document it only shows the document class you have set-up for expense receipts? Thank you.Nikki
