We have an absence group called ‘SICKNESS’ which is based on a rolling year. Sickness is generated when a new starter joins, but we have noticed it doesn’t automatically generate the following year. Is this correct should we have to manually generate the sickness yearly as this would be different for each employee at different times.

We are using APPS10.

@mlcscottonn if sickness is on a rolling year and not a fixed year the entitlement is constantly changing based on a calculation of entitlement less days sick in any given part of the rolling year based on the start date of employee, so there would be no generation of a limit each year the same as holiday does 

 

What is it that you are wating to view or get the system to calculate each year for sickness ?
