HelloI’m trying to consume IFS REST API for integration purposes.We’ve set up ADFS as identity provider, I was able to get id token, but when calling GET on CurrencyTypeSet projection i’m getting 401 Unauthorized. I also noticed in WWW-Authenticate response header an error:: error_description="fbdb0e4e-d282-43ac-93b3-5ddf10abc923: Signature of the provided id token could not be validated against the public signing keys of the identity provider."What to check to solve the issue?
Hi AllWe’re running every hour a task Create Absence for Next Day which calls Time_Pers_Diary_Util_API.Forward_Absence__ For unknown reason for some employees we’re getting text: Error while processing record for Company ID xxx, Employee No xxxx and Account Date 2021-07-16 : ORA-01843: not a valid monthWhen I tried to debug this, it’s a procedure: Absence_Registration_API.Proceed_Ongoing_Abs which actually triggers an exception.What could be possible reason for that issue?/Wiktor
HiWe’re struggling with some errors, when trying to run TimeClockExe.exe after installation from .msiWe tried to run it, but every time it shows a message: Could not find file: TimeClockTerminalData.datafter clicking OK, it shows other error message, with different file name being not found TimeClockTypeDetailsData.dat: When trying to run IFS Applications on this machine there is no issue, unless we try to show Time Clock, then it says then more than one Time Clock window is open.There is no issue run TimeClockExe on my computer (other than the pne mentioned above), under the same account. What are the reasons behind those missing files error messages and this more than one Time Clock window is open?Is there some full spec on IFS user settings used in Time Clock? I found it won’t connect to database (shows “Offline”) unless i added some higher permission set, like IFSADMIN or IFSAPP. /Wiktor

In some of IFS objects it’s not possible to add custom fields due to error messageError message appearing when trying to add Custom Field in Part Catalog → ECO-footprint Part InformationIs it so, because it’s case-sensitive? Let me join the IFS community with this very first thread! My issue is how to e-mail report (invoice or order confirmation) but under attachment file name different than default (ReportID || ResultKey). I have tried with Report Rule where action is Set Property, then set DocumentFileName to WhateverIWantTo.pdf but it doesn’t seem to be a solution. Next i have prepared Rule with Action SendEmail, then set Attachment Name to new FileName, but it came to me with above mentioned standard filename. The same for Route To Connect action with Output File Name set to new one. But, it didn’t change file name either. I assume, the best way would be to define under which name report should be created, so in earlier stage than e-mail it. However I ran out of ideas how to achieve it. Hope that anyone here can help me.

HelloIs there any possibility to shorten the time of opening attachments?The main need is to quickly open invoice PDF from Tax Transactions, so we did connections to TaxLedgerItem LU and they are visible as attachments. Next step would be to put some custom menu or at least to avoid clicking OK in "Select document type to view" dialog every time we want to open attachment.Any idea how to achieve our goal?/Wiktor
