Hi experts,I see two types of main error in Customer as below. regarding the error 1, what can we do to sort this, it seems this is happening when there is no DB record but we see many such errors. Does that means data got deleted? Regarding error 2.Can we ignore failes appliction messages connected to mobiles if the same marked as completed in Sync transaction screen as stated in below post, if I am not mistaken? Hi Experts,I have few question about long running jobs and how those to be planned in to several Visits. Please see example below.I have created a task with duration 12 hours where I need allow multiple visit with the Option enabled. First I tried direct assignment in Dispatch Console, there I could not see this Allow Multiple Visit is enabled though it is enabled in the task?? Then I cancelled it and tried drag and drop the Job to one of my Resource and this is how I see it.You can see it is evreywhere even outside the shift as the duration is 12 hrs. Qustion 1.How we can devide this for several visits at this point may be 4 hrs or 8 hrs slots so we can plan the Travel time as well here as it is required by the real business.It seems task will devide into few visits only it is transferred to the mobile but we need to plan our Travel before that? see how it is when we plan the travel: Still I could devide this into few visits?? Hi Experts,We have a PSO tenant integrated with IFS cloud, all information from the could is passing without an issue.But if I try to manually process a file dropping this into the Input folder, PSO is not picking it but the file can be seen still there.I have restarted all services also verified the Parameters as well connected to Input file but no change can be seen.What could causing this issue? Hi Experts,We would like PSO to display the Resource current location on the map. We can capture the current Lat and Long (GPS) of the resource then I am not sure how to feed this into PSO then under which parameters?Normally we keep/change fixed location details like Resource Start and End location but how we can handle the resource current GPS location data? Hi Experts:We have the following requirement in PSO.Customer uses Sub Contractors(Defined as a Resource Type) for handling their jobs and the requirement is at least they need to be plannned for 6 hours of jobs per day unless they should not be used.How can we make sure this in PSO?Could we use any PSO Rules but I dont see any matching rule for this except to limit Maximun working hours. Hi Experts:We have resource A where he is normally working for two types of jobs, Active and Passive. We have one dataset for ACTIVE and other one for PASSIVE.Question is How we can allocate the same resource into two datasets but job allocations should not conflicts?EX:If the resource A is allocated to a Task in dataset ACTIVE, at the same time he should not be allocated for any job in Dataset PASSIVE. Hi Experts,Documents says, The Schedule Dispatch Service only makes suggestions of which activities should be committed: it does not actually commit them. This allows the external application to present these suggestions to a user for approval, if desired, or alternatively, to automatically accept them. I would like to know how it happens exactly, does that mean DSP would create an output xml? if so what sort of information would be there. Could I have an example XML such to see the format?I would like to use those suggestions and make the commitment in PSO accordingly but I am bit counfused on how it would identified by the External FSM system and how to send back the xml back to PSO asking to commit the activities. Hi Experts,I appreciate for your input on following issue.The Customer has a central site named “UK300” which is always the WO Site and does not hold stock. Stock will be held on sites “UK172”.Mobile user is connected to Parts in Site UK172. Warehouse and Assortments parts connected to the same Site. Work order is created for site UK300. (WO and object connected tosite UK300) When a Task is dispatched, the Technitian can see all task details and his stock in Mobile. Even he can see Material orders connected to Site UK172 created from back office. Problem is, user cannot see his stock in “Material Quick Issue” list in the mobile? This was possible in App9 but in app10 it isnt? What could be the reason here, what is missing in this setup? Thank you,KM
Hi Experts,In FSM mobile there is this paper click icon where we can upload attachments saved in the mobile storage.When I launch this, it will direct to the mobile storage BUT non of the files are visible here. I would expect this should allow us to attach different file type such as pdf, txt, docx, jpg etc but none of them are shown though the files are actually exists in the storage.What is causing this issue, I have given Storage permissing also no Blacklist for these file types? But files exists in the folder. I check all other folders as well but nothing is shown.Thanks,Kasun

Hi Experts,In Appointment booking guide, it explains to pass the Appointment Template ID and other relevant Appointment_Template details in the input xml as below. However, we also pass the activity_type_id, where this is also can be connected to an appointment template in APR data. In that case, it is required to send the appointment Template ID and slot details in the request xml or just passing activity_type_id only, can PSO find the relevant Template ID based on the settings in ARP? Hi,I would like to know the real business reason of why Category objects are not included in PM actions.For example, let’s assume I have a Solar farm and I need to Group all panels by adding this as a Category object so all solar panels can be inspected other than defining separately each.Then I add this category object on a Service Contract but here I could not create a PM action so that I cannot create regular work orders activities for this objects? Instead we can include a category objects in a work order though its not possible in a PM then we need to add Contract details each time in work orders which is not feasible?I understand that this is possible if the Solar farm is defined as a functional object setting the relevant object level. Then please explain how exactly we can use this function with some actual business function? Best Regards,Kasun

Hi Experts,I need some inputs to this mobile issue if you aware of this scenaio.There were like 30 work orders created by a mobile user himself on MWO and was added with media, material and time report. While performing the actions the signal was weak so the user came back to the home and connected with wifi then he sends the Work Orders to EE.Problem is we could not find any of this orders itself on EE. Where we can look now for thses orders?Is there any Buffer or cache area which store's this work order and we can retrieve it, does anyone aware of or any setting we can enable for this on MWO or EE to consider scenario's like above. Hi Experts,We find many WOs that are Transferred to mobile are missing in “Transferred Tasks/Work Assignments” screen. Also the same WO cannot be found in “Transferred Tasks/Work Assignments” screen as well.What could be the reason for this behavior. We can find more than 500 such WOs where WO is assigned to the mobile but getting below type of errors due to missing connection. Appreciate for any help. Best Regards,KM
