Hi All, Expecting your valuable advice on this Unable to add back date instant invoice with expired tax codes. The invoice date was 2023-04-30.The applicable tax code 15%-VAT has been expired in the system by 2024-02-01.We were able to do this kind of entries before. Even though the tax codes are expired we were able enter the vouchers for previous periods with out any issue. Now there is a error popping up. If we change the tax validity to future date, we could do the entry.
Hi All,Expecting your valuable advise on this, Please explain me the correct multi-company allocation processI’m trying to execute multi-company allocation in app 10. multi-company allocation status is calculated when I try to create vouchers following error message appears.I have passed the voucher entries from both companies for the relevant time period and GL is already updated. Posting mode is specified and allocation mode is multi-company voucher. In the multi-company allocation calculation unable to see any value. I have completed all the basic data settings (Voucher types, User groups, Automatic postings details AP10,AP11 for the both companies etc) But I cannot proceed with auto or manual method in the multi company voucher entry. I get several errors. Can someone please explain me the accurate process flow or what Am I missing here? Error 1This is supposed to be auto balance passing method I have checked the manual balance per company tick. Dear All,Expect your valuable advice on this.I have come across this error in the cash box payment. The below mentioned error appears when we try to approve the cash box payment.As we investigate the issue further, the basic data were set accordingly and the there were no functional error with regards to the relevant transaction ID. And no customization done & this is standard IFS. Transaction Type -Direct Cash PaymentAs we checked from the backend /sql we found there is link with the mixed payment table. Hence, we had to do small data repair and proceed with the transaction. Refer the below sql query for further understanding. Dear All, I get this error when I try to print the supplier check. This erroneous voucher number cannot be searched and does not exist in the system. When we debug(Check from the back end) it says only credit balance is creating for the new voucher.In some cheques for the same voucher number another transaction was recorded already. Dear all, I have come across the following issue.Tax calculation is wrong at the application for payment. AFP is in planned status. The sales contract related to the AFP is in active status and have not tagged a tax code. But it captured the tax codes defined in the customer address level (Which is wrong). Later one tax code is removed and cancelled AFP & created new AFP to reflect the new tax. Tax remains as zero.Please suggest me a solution to reflect the new tax amount in the AFP, which is defined in the customer address level. Thank You

Dear All, I'm getting this error message when we run the scheduled database job for the work orders. Value is missing or has an invalid time interval for posting type T3 control type C54 code part A in company ***. ORA-20105: PostingCtrlPublic.POSTERRMSG I checked the posting control settings. All the settings are done. Work order status is finished but the css posting states as CSS not posted.Even if I run the background job again still I get the error message. I get following error message when posting the final invoice which is created from the customer order.ORA-20105: Invoice.ACCERROR1: Error (Voucher date for payment cannot be earlier than voucher date (28-MAY-22) on which payment on account CUPIA 45 was posted.) occurred while booking Invoice CD ****The customer order has one advance invoice and settled through the mixed payment. But at the preliminary stage the final invoice has back dated the invoice date. Is that a problem? I tested all possible scenarios and at the final invoice level only forward day can be entered. Please suggest me solution.
There is trial balance difference of 238,845.60 as at 1st April 2022. But as per 31st march 2022 TB is tallying. Auditors found few vouchers which tallies to the difference amount from the bank accounts. Following scenarios were tested.The doubtful vouchers correctly posted to the ledger. Back end query executed for manual vouchers- It wont affect the difference No transactions in hold table Executed the preliminary year end and unable to complete it. Back end query executed for difference in the voucher date and payment date for the cash account balance report and the GL balance report.- No transactions could find which has gone to wrong GL account. Checked the summation of the GL balance analysis -Considered all the transaction types.Please suggest me solution to find the difference.
