After we installed the new version of BR 5.0.19.0 ,one particular user gets the error “IFS BR Upgrade Utility is not installed” while loading any report..This doesn’t stop the report from loading though..IFS BR Upgrade Utility is in fact installed and we upgraded the reports using that ..Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times,however no luck..Appreciate any info on this ...
Upon login it throws the following error (Office 365)“This Add-in is installed for all users on this computer and can only be connected or disconnected by an administrator” The addin IFS Applications don’t show up in excel Can you help please ? Thanks Shibu
