Is it possible to cancel a order line in Reserved status?

Hello,Even the order line status is ‘reserved’ it is possible that a pick list is already created for that line, in your example.Please check the order line history (RMB on CO line-->Order line details-->Order line history) to see whether there is an existing picklist. If yes, system would not allow to cancel the order line.If you want to cancel the pick list created line,Copy the pick list number Search for the picklist in ‘Report picking of pick list lines’ window. Enter 0 as the qty to pick on the line which you want to cancel. RMB on the header-->report pick. This will release the order line. Then you can RMB on the line and cancel.Hope this helps. Trying to put receipt into inventory location and getting error

Hi,When moving stock from location to location, the system checks the ‘To location’ stock expiration date and it must be shortened or equal to ‘from location’ stock expiration date. Even if the “To location” stock expiration is null, it indicates the infinite expiration value.Therefore, the system raises the error if the parts are moving to a location which expiration date is later than from location.The user can set an expiration date (same or less than of the header Exp date) manually in the received Inventory part line record. Set a quantity level in warehouse/location when refilling

Hi,The requested functionality is available for ‘Remote warehouses’ via assortments.The Remote Warehouse Assortment window is used to define which parts that should be connected to the Remote Warehouse. For each part it is possible to set; Refill Parameters, Refill Source (Inventory and Purchase) and if excess stock could be removed or not.The Remote Warehouse Assortment can also be used to prioritize Assortments, connect them to Sites and Remote WarehousesHope this information helps. Mass issue inventory part

Hi,Usually, the system automatically registers the issues from inventory for customer orders or shop orders. If you need to enter issues manually, it can be done in ‘Issue inventory part’ window and that would be part by part.If it is an issue of parts for internal use, you can use the ‘Material requisition’ window, where multiple lines can be selected and issued at once. How to enter free text just before printing?

Hi,As far as I know , it is not possible to add a document text in the print dialog. Document texts are object-linked, which means that you link a text to different printout types. An object-linked document text means that you connect it to a specific object, such as a part or an order. When the part or order is later printed in the given printout type, for example, External Order Documents, the document text will also be printed. Hi,You can set up the required component in the inventory part/Part revision window/Product structure tab.Then make the product structure status to ‘Build”.Then once you create the purchase order line-->You can see the component automatically fetched to the “Components for Purchase Order Line” window

Deliver Shipment order lines

Hi,As far as I know, you can use the ‘Release quantity not reserved’ option and the two ‘released’ lines will get disconnected from the shipment.Then you should be able to ‘Complete’ and deliver the shipment with the 2 picked lines.Hope this helps.

Copy Part with revision level intact

Hi,As per the existing solutions, System doesn’t create additional revisions here & instead system fetches the effective revision for the current date for copying structure & routing information. So a revision 1 will be created in the “To” site as Part revision 1 is created during inventory part insert.So it seems not possible to transfer revision history using the ‘Copy part’ functionality.Hope this information helps.

Hi,In addition to what is mentioned by Vimukthi.You can define either Bin cubic capacities or carrying capacities for the relevant warehouse, bay, raw or bin. Then set capacity requirements in the inventory part/storage requirements/capacity and condition requirements tab, so that 100 pcs can be stored in each bin.I hope this is an applicable solution for you

PO confirm error - PO to be authorised

Hi,It seems, authorization is required before proceeding to confirm the purchase order.Go to the ‘Authorization’ tab in the PO-->Right click on the line-->Authorize. Then you should be able to confirm without an error.Best regards,Malsha

Changing Default Site on Purchare Order Module

Over Tolerance - Purchase Group vs Over Delivery

Hi,Yes. It should be possible. The Over tolerance % on the PO line should over ride the value in the Purchase part setting.Also, even without increasing the tolerance %, if you have set the action to ‘Warning', still you can receive the over delivery after the warning message.Hope this helps.Malsha.

Over Tolerance - Purchase Group vs Over Delivery

Hi,Over delivery settings in the Purchase part record has higher priority over the ‘purchase group’ setting.You can add an over tolerance percentage and set actions for receiving authorized and non-authorized purchase orders as desired. If you set blank as the delivery check, then the system will consider the purchase group settings or the site settings for over delivery.Hope this information helps.Best regards,Malsha

Purchase Order Freeze

Hi,You can stop a planned or released purchase order by selecting Freeze in the Operations menu. The purchase order receives the status Stopped. The purchase order is stopped and can not continue in the order flow until you have released it. If there are manual peggings connected to the purchase order line, you will be notified Activate the purchase order by selecting Release in the Operations menu. The order status is updated to Released and the purchase order is ready to continue in the order flow.Hope this information helps.Best regards,Malsha
