Hi Linda, Yes missed that this would limit it by site. This means that you will need to go with the option of passing in all of the keys from the inventory_part_in_stock_avail view into the function. Hi Linda, Yes this is because the query will run the Get_Inventory_Quantity function for every row of the inventory_part_in_stock_total table. However as this function calculates the qty using fixed values being passed in its getting 15 back for both the rows above. There is a couple ways to fix this, one way is to pass in the values from the view into the function instead of the fixed values or you could just select from dual by passing in the contract, part and configuration id from the customer order line as shown below. Selecting from dual means that the function will only be called once per customer order line. HI, If you are after a custom page that you can navigate to from the employee file page that lists some data like qualifications, then this could be achieved with a custom logical unit and custom RMB from the page with the employee data. See example below. Create a custom logical unit with the fields required and a key field to store the matching employee number key. Then create a custom table page in this LU.Then on the Employee File form add a custom RMB of type “Create Window with Transfer” and specify the destination window with the value from the custom page above. Also add the source and destination keys making sure to prefix the Custom LU keys with “CF$_”. Once data is then added to the custom form then each time you use the RMB above to navigate o the form it will be filtered on the Employee Number selected. e.g. Regards Telha
Hi Linda, I think this might be happening because inventory_part_in_stock view is filtered on the user granted site as shown below. You could try to use the inventory_part_in_stock_total or inventory_part_in_stock_avail views instead which don’t have this filter. Regards Telha

Hi, Were all of the caches below refreshed after the new view was deployed? If so and the LoV is still empty, could you open up the debug console and then use the LoV. Then locate the Server Invoke line and see if the query looks correct or has any filters. Example below shows this being used on the Shipment form for the Shipment Type LoV. Regards Telha

Hi, Does the query have the “IFSAPP.” prefix on all of the views/API functions? e.g. Is the query using any tables i.e. “_TAB” in the FROM section? If so can you try to remove the “_TAB” and see if that works. Regards Telha
Hi,Have you tried to set the value to True, Yes or Y without quotes? This might be down to the checkbox using alternative values for the condition. One way to check this is to RMB on the column header and select “Conditional Fields...”, then locate the field in the list, select it and press the plus button next to the “Add Value Set Action” label. This should then show the valid values in the “Selected Values” section. Then use the delete button at the top right of this dialog to remove the new value action. Regards Telha

Hi, One way to achieve this is to add a custom event on the PurchaseOrderLinePart LU, for the PURCHASE_ORDER_LINE_TAB table to fire when a new object is created. Also make sure to tick the ORDER_NO, New Value attribute in the list. Then add an event action where the “Perform upon Event” field matches the “Event ID” field above. This should be of type “Execute Online SQL” and run the code in the image below. This will mean that each time the first part order line of the PO is created it will add in a note text to the PO Header with the type and value specified in the document_text_output_type_ and document_text_phrase_ parameters in the code above.Regards Telha
Hi, I don't think its possible to restrict that field’s free entry without a modification, however if you would like to just restrict the users from entering values that are not in the LOV list then this can be achieved with a small custom event and action. See steps below. First create a custom event for the CustomerInfoAddress LU, CUSTOMER_INFO_ADDRESS_TAB table that only runs on object changes and when the STATE column is changed. Make sure to select the STATE attribute’s New Value column in the list of attributes. Next create a custom action of type “Execute Online SQL” and make sure the “Perform upon Event” field matches the “Event ID” field above. Hi, If you want to always have the Custom Menu open the page on the machines default browser then you could instead set the Action Type as External Program and then specify the URL in the External Program field as shown below. This should open the page in the default browser instead of inside IFS. Regards Telha

If you are on Apps 10 then that RMB relies on the function called “Invoice_Customer_Order_API.Create_Corr_Inv_From_Return” which can be found in the Database Objects tab shown in the image below. Revoking this function should disable that RMB.
I have not been able to find any settings that can be used to disable this message. However if you would just like to have the Failed message turned into Finished ones then you could create a dummy routing rule like the one below and that should cause these messages to go to the Finished state.
These forms are under Solution Manager / Configuration Regarding their projection names, according to the debug console these are CustomEventHandling for Events and EventActionHandling for Event Actions
You might be able to use the “Custom” option below which takes in a database function to calculate the run date. This may require a custom function in the database however IFS also has a function in the “Work_Time_Calendar_API” package called “Get_Previous_Work_Day”. If you have access to this package then you could use it 3 times passing in its result to get a date that is 3 working days before the given date. See example below that will run the job 3 working days before the last day of the month. (The first parameter of the function is the Calendar Id and the second is the date for which the previous working day will be found) Work_Time_Calendar_API.Get_Previous_Work_Day('*',Work_Time_Calendar_API.Get_Previous_Work_Day('*',Work_Time_Calendar_API.Get_Previous_Work_Day('*',LAST_DAY(SYSDATE)))) Once you add the function and use the “Check” button to confirm it is valid you can also use the “Calculate” button to test the functions next run date.
