@hhy38, As i go through all previous comments, that record seems as it was updated manually by user may be during customization or any other reason. initially System is not allowing to user to update state as blank through backend: Screenshot1but if we put space there as values then system allow us to proceed and getting same error message. Screenshot 2,3: Solution: Please remove the space from “Rowstate” field and update it with actual stage and proceed to change its status from Released to planned. Hope it helps you. Regards,

HI, You can create a Persistent custom filed and set it as a Reference type. Then you need to set the reference parameters by selecting the correct view using for the LOV. Also have to set the field properties as List Of Values. Cheers. Hi, As I can see person_id of the logged-in user is taken as the credit approver. 1.0 Check the logged in user 2.0 Get the person_id connected to the user logged in from Person_Info_tab (This person is taken as the credit approver) 3.0 Check whether above person exists as a coordinator in Order_Coordinator_tab. You may check this by login to the application using a user defined in the ‘Order_Coordinator_tab.’. thank you so much, out of above said points 3rd point has resolved my issue. :)
