Error 404 SQL Quick Report Creation

Dear Community,An Update:I've discovered that the same error has occurred in different environments, both hosted on the same server. I suspect this issue may be related to the server's network policies. Could someone please provide guidance on which areas to investigate in order to resolve this issue? Error 404 SQL Quick Report Creation

Hi @XitSakunE, Please also check whether all the deployments are in active state from IFS Middleware Server Admin Console. Since this is a 404 error, it could be that one of the deployments have failed, even though the servers are running. Check in both Main and Integration clusters. Hope this helps! Employees are not receiving any emails when the exit checklist is created

Unable to add attachment!

A small comment: the ticket temporary path is a path on the application server, in case this is not clear. There is no relation with the local check out path configured under User Settings. Dear @Mathias Dahl,Correct! There are mistakes in the information that I received from the relevant person. Yesterday, I could receive the credentials and checked regarding this. These are the correct screenshots of the issue. However, the problem is that the Docman folder in the file path mentioned in the error message does not exist. I have created the folder and now the issue is resolved. But the problem is, how could this happen? The error message showed another file path, and the configuration file shows another file path. any reason?Thank you and Best regards.Sakun Edirisinghe

Hi @XitSakunE it seems IFS can’t find the path. Maybe you’ve deleted the folder. Try to change it as following: Dear @Link I changed the location. Now, It creates a document somehow. But can’t be accessible. Any idea regarding this?Thank you best regards

Demand Forecast page is not working on Aurena

There is a component missing or a field or column mismatch. You would either need to trace out the problem yourself using the debug tool (which isn’t that great or helpful) or you would need to open a case with IFS for them to do the tracing if they have access or with a screen share session with them. No on the community will have a solution from just the spinning wheel and no error. Dear @ShawnBerk,I think This could be the issue. it shows undefined in page info. is there way to define this page?thank you and best regards.

Quick Report Parameters Issue

Hello @XitSakunE I am confused.. Are you trying to access am actual quick report or crystal report? Dear @ZTC ZTC JGOTA ,Thank you for your concern. Change password issue on APPS9

Hi @XitSakunE, What is the UPD version? There was a bug that was included in IFSAPP9 UPD5 for this error, which occurred for Oracle 12c databases. No Configuration tab in Inventory Part

Dear @XitSakunE , If you want to receive configurable part in your inventory, you have to select a configuration ID which you want to receive. Please kindly check below; If there is no configuration ID created before, you can use interim order or shopr order etc. After completing your configuration you can use your configuration ID whereever you want. You may want to delete the shop order after you receive the part. And last @KristenGastaldo may help to change topic group FSM to IFS without creating a new question Hope it helps. Missing some webpages on aurena for new users

Hi @XitSakunE , If I’m not mistaken, only the relevant projection should be enough for a particular page. For an example, open the debug console (User Name in the top right corner → Debug → Enable debug) and then navigate to the customer order window. The projection of that should be visible in the ‘Page Info’ section of the debug console. For Customer order, it should be ‘CustomerOrderHandling’, please verify. Then grant access (RMB on the projection name in ‘projections’ tab and click grant) to that projection via IEE to an already active permission set. After restarting the Aurena, the particular user should have the Customer Order page in the navigator. And I’m not sure about the exact impact, but you could try to refresh server cache for dictionary & security via IEE ‘Refresh Server Cache’ window as well after granting the access - if this is a none production of cause. Everything about the IFS 10 Lobby.

Hi @XitSakunE , Within Aurena interface if you navigate to the Document Management → My Documents screen IFS will display the lobby you are asking about within Aurena. In IEE the Document Management lobby is now connected to the My Documents screen so it automatically is displayed. How to get missing lobbies in IFS Aurena

Hi @XitSakunE, Have you tried changing the client type to Aurena? From the Lobby Page, click on the padlock icon at top right, then click on the cogwheel icon, which would open below dialog. There you can change the client type to Aurena. If you want the lobby page to appear in both clients, then you can duplicate the page and create a new one for Aurena. Hope this helps! Everything about the IFS 10 Lobby.

Hello @ADNAN I’m a trainee systems engineer. there is a question. There are some lobbies which are available on the IE environment but are missing on Aurena environment. Example there is lobby called document management in EE But i couldn’t find lobby called “document management” in Aurena.So how can i get this lobby into Aurena?Thanks and Regards!
