HiThere is a performance tuning document in the community around this that I wrote some time back, which give you an insight on what to look at. It is not specifically written for MWO, but many of the techniques applies to MWO.
HiOn windows, in my case windows 10., you should go to settings and search for “Edit Language and keyboard options. On this page you have different settings, like windows display issue and App &Websites. The app and web sites is what is used for the windows app.You also have Regional Format, this can be the one causing that you do not get the date format as you want. I am myself using Windows display language as English (United States) and preferred languages as Sweidsh (Sweden).On Regional Format I have Swedish (Sweden), so I get the time and date format in Swedish as well as the Swedish keyboard. On iOS you need to go to settings and then general. There you will have a setting section about date and time, keyboard language and region. In the language and region, you can move the region to the first spot to get the language you want. I logged in and with my settings I do get the correct time format for Sweden in windows in the same window you are using.

HiI am not an expert in this area, but we will need more information about what Cloud or IFS version the customer is using. If they use SSO or DB Authentication. This is not set in the MWO client as such, but is rather a set up on the method you use for authentication. So please prove the other informationa and I am sure some of our expert an answer it. HiThis is a defect that we did release a correction last week on the 15th of June. What version of the MWO app are you running on? The latest on windows store is 23.6.893.0 for MWO Service and 23.6.894.0 for MWO Maintenance. We are using the regional settings from the laptop when fetching the date format. You have stated that you have the regional format already set to UK on your PC, so it should work if you are on the latest available app version for MWO Service or MWO Maintenance. RegardsJohan
HiThis is a defect that has been reported to us by another customer and we are currently correcting the issue. The reason is the iPAD os from 16.3.1 introduced something that prevents this from working in the MWO App. This does not affect iPhones, only iPAD’s. We are currently looking into another solution for this area and the only way to come around this quicker is to do a customization to surpress the dialog box. In such case contact IFS, so they can help you out with what needs to be done. That is though just a temporary solution as R&D want to correct this issue by refactoring the code and use another solution to show the dialogbox that gets stuckRegardsJohan
HiThe MWO clients are always backwards compatible, so the latest version in the app stores are always compatible with all earlier version of IFS Cloud backend versions. So yes 23.6.893.0 is compatible with 23R1 RegardsJohan

HiWe do not have the option to force Initalization from the Back office for all devices. you can do that on each device and really you should avoid force initialization as well. If anything new comes up that needs to go to the users, like adding of a custom field, the user will get a message to do an initialization. If this is a strong demand around such a functionality I suggest that you add this as an improvement request. RegardsJohan

HiThe reason for this is that the Trip Tracker on Apps9 has not been updated to the latest API package and google policy is that each up must be on latest 2 year old API package, otherwise it will not be seen on a new device, where you have never had it installed before. If you have had it installed earlier, you will see it. The only possibility is to side load the app, as it still works on Android 12. You need to contact IFS Support for that RegardsJohan
HiThis is a vey general question that is rather impossible to give an answer upon for anyone. What bug is it, which area or product group does it belongs to. Does the bug have any dependecny to other bugs that needs to be taken. I think you need to state a bit more what this is about and then I think someone can answer this question.
