Good Morning,The availability check still works with Packaged parts. The availability check is driven by the components within the structure. If the structure contains 2 items, PARTA with availability check enabled and PARTB with availability check disabled then the availability check will only take place for PARTA.When the order line is created for the package part the planned delivery date will be realigned based on the longest lead time part (if issues are found with both)Pre Cloud - I would check the settings within the Misc Part Info Tab (Inventory Part) and validate that the availability check is enabled for the component parts.Cloud - Main - Supply and Demand ControlsRegards,Jamie
The scheduling and execution of the IAL will execute the logic within the SQL statement - the execution of the IAL will be the process that takes the time you are seeing now by running the quick report. Once the IAL has been updated you can then query the data within the IAL via a quick report rather than execute your current quick report. Just a not though if the IAL is scheduled once a day you wont get any updated transactions that occur during the day, these would appear after the next run.
Hello! Looking at the code there is a mixture of joins and subqueries. You could maybe get a tech resource to try and optimize the code.Does this need to be executed multiple times per day or can it be limited to once or twice? If it can be limited have you though about creating this as an IAL and scheduling it when the database isn't being fully utilised?

Hello,Within the ‘Advanced’ Search ‘SQL’ tab you can enter a SQL order by.I have entered LPAD(SOURCE_REF2,4). This will order the line no as if it was a proper number.Thanks,Jamie
Agree with @KIMKIMANDREW . Run the ‘Cleanup of Inventory’ job to remove the zero stock records prior to the creation of the Count Report(s). If you do find an item that has been cleared by the clean-up job you will have to manually add this back into the application.

Hi Jamie,I came up against the same issue within the food industry. Specifically the consumption of Dairy.As you’ve tried I used the ‘Manual Issue Shop Order’ screen to execute this, however I added in a custom event. The event would trigger if someone tried to issue dairy from any other location other than the location defined in the event.If a dairy pallet was hooked up it was always moved to location ‘A’. If this user didn't issue from location ‘A’ then the event would trigger.For stock accuracy purposes when an empty container was moved from location ‘A’ we had the users perform a count prior to the move using WADACO.You could also use WADACO for the manual issue by using the ‘MANUAL_ISSUE_SHOP_ORDER_PART’ configuration, however this may be more work as the users would need to input the data into the scanners unless you have paperwork showing barcodes that they could scan? Hi Joe, I did think they initially, however I checked this by creating a custom LU and updating that instead. Custom LU didn’t have logging on and still the same issue ☹️

Hi Mirali,I have used ‘supplier agreement – blanket orders’ for Nitrogen in the past. As the price fluctuated from time to time we used to update the price manually on the generated PO prior to receipt.You could possible create an event to update the price in the PO line based on the data the PO was created.
Hey Joely,The forecast for 04/11/20 was reduced to 3 as this was the qty consumed by actual demand when the date fell within the demand time fence. The extra 1 would have been rolled into Forecast 0 on the next available date out with the time fence.Give me a shout if you need more help :) Jamie

Hi Alan, Collective invoices are normally created when an invoice is created against a shipment rather than the customer order itself. Do you use different shipment types? Normally the way i would advise to correct would be to ensure that the shipment type stopped after the shipment was set to closed. I would then setup the ‘Create Customer Invoice’ scheduled task to run every 15 mins Let me know if this makes sense, Thanks,Jamie
Hi Bruce, What if you had a custom tab on the customer record? The custom tab could show column 1 as company ID and columns 2 as a check box (yes/no). The event could then be triggered based on the company the order was against and if the box was checked against the same company on the custom tab?
