Hi Ram,Infact both the options are not enabled on this particular Project..Control on Total budget is checked..
When trying to do it on a POCO (from Project demand) it gives the following error

@Tharaka Senevirathne Thanks Much for your time..Our process is PR-->Release PR--->Requisition to Request ---->Approve Quotation---->Authorize PR----->Requisition to POAuthorization check box is enabled as soon as we Release the PR (based on the PR Auth Rule)We can create RFQ even if the Authorization check box is enabled
@Tharaka Senevirathne Thank You for your response..That was pretty quick..The PR authorization was revoked after Approving the OQ (there were multiple lines in the PR..we revoked one of them)..The error occurred even before revoking PR authorization though..PR is authorized only after the OQA is approved (so we revoked the PR line authorization after we received the error first time..but error occurred even after that)

@Tharaka Senevirathne Thank You for the response..Earlier we had modified the Required dates of all the existing demands on this particular Activity, to be within the Early Start & Finish dates..To our surprise, we were able to change the dates the very next day!!Thanks Much
