Lag between remaining hours and job hours when reported time in my time card

Hi All, We have an issue in time reporting against work task in my timecard. When user enters time in my time card against work task then hours reported are not getting reflected in Job hours immediately. Hours reported shows as remaining hours. (It takes at least a day to update job hours) Due to this user enters hours multiple times. Could this due to large number of users entering time simultaneously?We are using IFS Cloud 22R2Any help much appreciated!

adding time in timesheet for people different organisations

An employee wants the capability to add time into timesheet for people who didn’t enter time into their timesheets. This can be people from different organisations , including their organisation but same company. How should she be setup to perform this task.

Absence half day and overtime

Hello,we are facing the following issue which I can't get set in IFS.Absences are recorded in hours. The employee has a half day absence on one day, which equals 4 hours. This can also be requested and is also taken into account on the time card day. Now the employee records his time for the rest of the day, if he is working 4 hours the calculation is correct, 4h absence, 4 hours working time. But if the employee works 5 hours on the day, then not one hour of flextime is calculated, but the absence is reduced to 3 hours. The absence should not be changed and the one hour should increase the balance of the flextime.Is this possible, if so how must this be set? I have tried many different things using the Absence parameters, but I am not getting anywhere. Can you help? Thanks Bernd

IFS Cloud Time Clock - cannot set default absence wage+absence wage codes is not in LOV

Hi, I have 2 issues with TimeClock in Cloud. Cannot set default absence wage codeI use object OUT ABSENCE. I set Init Value to 400 for absence wage code.In time clock I hit the button for Absence OutThere should be default wage code 400, according to settings in Init Value but it is empty instead.Absence Wage Code LOV is emptyThe same button OUT ABSENCE. LOV for absence wage code is empty.There are wage codes type Absence set for this company and wage class.Same behaviour is for object name IN ABSENCE and FUTURE ABSENCE. Is there some extra settings that wasnt previously required in app10?ThanksRomana

How To Restrict Timeclock Usage

Competencies assigned to new Employee date issue of Elements

When a new employee is created, is there a way to populate the employee’s Job Specification Elements in under Employee>Qualifications>Competencies section without assigning any dates? The way the system is set up now, it automatically assigns the date the Job Specification is assigned. This is confusing when reviewing the employee’s list of Elements – it makes it appear as though the employee has already been trained, when in fact – they have not. Is this where the Competency Point values come into play?

IFS Cloud - Delegate Roles setup

Hello all,I am trying to use the functionality Delegate Role/Role Delegation in IFS Cloud (22R2SU7).The aim is to share rights of supervisor having subordinates to an employee within the same company, but without nay subordinates.We use matrix org structure and both Supervisor and Employee with delegation assignment use positions from the same matrix org structure.Even I add full access in role delegation I cannot see any expenses of supervisor subordinates which are waiting for approval.The setup of the role delegation looks as follows Any idea if there is some other setup needed? Thank you.

Time Clock Visitor login

I was wondering if it was possible to have a visitor/ contractor login for IFS time clock in apps10.We have a touch screen for time clock and a card reader but was wondering if it was possible to have a new button for “visitor” that would then bring up a default generic employee where they would need to enter their name on the touch screen and bypass the card reader.As we have many different visitors and contractors a day it is not really feasible to make a generic card and change the names every day.This data forms part of the fire roll call so would be useful if all the info is in one place.Has anyone done this?Thanks

expenses cant be seen once made a leaver

Hi,we have an issue recently where by when an employee is made a leaver, the users connected to our finance access role can no longer see the expenses I assume because the org structure drops off and their access is at org unit level in the structure. is there anyway round this to grant them the finance access from after they have left? I can see them as I have full access to the structure but they only have access to the employee expenses nothing on the employee file.

Unable to Authorize Manufacturing Clockings with a Positive Difference

Hi, I am trying to authorize manufacturing time for an employee that works on third shift (11:00 PM - 7:00AM) and I am getting the following error message. The employee worked on Friday from 11-7AM so their time card results appear on Friday however, their Mfg results appear on Saturday resulting in a positive difference. I have the parameter ‘Allowed positive diff between presence and manufacturing hours’ set to 16. Can someone please let me know how to resolve this issue as the mfg time will not transfer to the GL unless the mfg time is authorized. HR Access Issue after upgrade from IFS9 to IFS10

I have found that the HR Access - HR Application Manager must be check for a select few users in our doc control dept. to be able to add training documents to the person documents tab (tbwPersonalDocumentTab). Without the HR Application Manager access checked, the users can only see their own data. This seems to be new behavior for IFS10 as compared to IFS9. Note that we do not use the HR Module for Organization maintenance. How can we allow the users to add our training documents to the person document tab without applying HR Application Manager access? Is there a way to assign these documents to a person w/o using the person document tab? What are the risks associated with HR Application Manager access?

Arrears Salary in IFS

Dear Experts, I have a request to build a wage code for Arrears Salary Calculation in IFS10. Here the requirement is, an employee is entitled to a salary increment from February 2023. But the amount will be paid in June with the arrears Amount (2000 * 4). How is it possible to set this up in IFS with a wage code?
