Is there a way to automatically send the customer order confirmation after the customer has been take off of credit hold? Customer Service and credit would like the order confirmation to be sent when released from credit hold. Right now there are stops at the Print Order Confirmation, Reservev Order, Print Picklist and Create invoice.

Cost entry error on raw material produced bad costing transactions through out the system specifically Customer Orders. Is there a way to reverse the negative costs? Processing the return did not with the current corrected costs in the system. I was thinking that we would have to change the costs to the wrong amount, process the return then put the correct cost in and invoice the item.

I was looking at the IFS Credit Card Interface Guide and I saw on step 3 Administrative Tasks that it talks about scheduling the Key Renewal. I had a Crystal Quick Report that was not showing the data I needed. I added the Shop Ord file and then connected the CR_WEB_INIT file to the Shop Order and not the customer order file in the query. I have experienced two things. When I run the Quick Report - I do not get any data but I do get data on the Crystal Report server. I am wondering how we can limit access by user/group to specific suppliers.As an example, a supplier, who happens to be an employee or some other ‘confidential’ supplier, is not able to be viewed by anyone who is not in an ‘accounting group’ but may still have access to other suppliers as their user group/role permits?Some ideas-* Is it possible to exclude Supplier group(s) from certain users* Can we use the Category field?
