Hi, As anyone already encounter this critical error, running the Contract billing batch ? Hi,We have encountered some cases where the calculated Total tax amount is wrong. It appears there is a standard process which added a “tax_round” line, for which an adjustment is done. Let’s take the case : For each line and for header : Total price line HT Tax rate TVA (calculated) Rounded TVA (2 digits) 118,13 20% 23,626 23,63 73,5 20% 14,7 14,7 219,38 20% 43,876 43,88 411,01 82,202 82,21 Header total price Tax rate TVA Rounded value 411,01 20% 82,202 82,2 The problem is that on the invoice, the adjustment seems to be done on the wrong way (adding one cent instead of subtracting it), and the result is wrong. Let’s see the invoice : Having a look on the database, we may have this issue on 2 columns (yellow ones) for which value is positive instead of negative. Hi,In a service order, for instance, in zoom mode, we have a “counter” to indicate which record it active of the total number of records.eg : “1 of 3” if we are on the 1st record of the 3.In french version, the translation is “ 1 de3”, but it appears space is missing before the final number.In the case where there is only one record, display is “1 de1” and one customer complains that it is confusing as he read “1 del” (final caracter is ‘l’ instead of ‘1’ in their mind).Is there any chance to add this space or replace by / ? If so how can we do that ? Thanks
Hi,I wonder if you can detail what are the rules for fields “failure codes” to be available or nt on a Customer support ?I have some cases where one, two or three fields are available, and other for which none.Then, despite paramaters are set to “Always” in the workflow (Service) module for optional Failure codes, when one is entered, all seem to be required. HI, We would like to create a loop in a checklist. We can do it if the answer list is YES/NO (standard astea answer list) only. WE would like to create a new answer list, and based on the answer to add new lines of the loop. Is that something like that possible in ASTEA V15.4 ?

Hi,Customer has an “issue” (for them this is really an issue) when completing a checklist.When they enter a decimal value quietly, as soon as the green check is displayed (I guess auto validation) the value is rounded to an integer and loose the decimal separator.If we type enough quickly, it’s OK, the decimal separator is kept.Is there any parameter for that ? Hi,We use in some cases, the PM batch scheduler, and this one uses PM dates on Installed Items.The fact is that sometimes this PM date is not exact, and can be some days before.But once the PM batch scheduler creates the service order, the open date is set based on the PM date. Hi,Customer wants to create a new filter, in Dispatch Console, based on some contracts.He has created a new “filter Activities”, column Name “Contract Number”, set operator as “In” and then, expected the list of the contracts to select them. But there is no list. Do you know why ?Then he has entered manually “Contract_1;Contract_2”, saved. Using this filter in Dispatch console is not concluant. No result.I did some tests and had to set operator as “Like” or 2 lines with “=” as operator and “OR” as logical to make it works. What are your recommandations ? Alliance V15.1.0.12
Hi,Customer wants to user these 2 dates (not before / Not after), and to be able to adjuste them in case of re-scheduling.What is the good use of these 2 dates ? Hi guys, Is anyone can explain how we can send a custom field to mobility (if not dispayed), but futhermore stop sending it to the mobile app ?The reason is that sometimes we have an issue because a custom field sent to the mobile is updated in Back-office. If the technician is off-line, the field is not updated in mobility and when technician is able to rensend data (closed activity for instance), then this custom field is updated from mobility with the wrong value. Hi, Recently (we’ve updated customer to HF12 Nov 30th), we ‘ve noticed that the sort order in not fully exact, and changes when you move back to the previous result page and go to the next one again. Please see some examples : Records ordered by open date desc, from 41to 50 - 1rst time : Moving back to records 31-40then moving forward again to 41-50Again order is not good based on the time, BUT not the same as previously as it should. Hi, Is there any data to distinguish the “type of site” in ALLIANCE ? Our customer would like to be able to set up this information on the site and to use it to :refer the Checklist (adding automatically some CL depending on this data) filter activities on the Dispacth console on this data Search or filter result on this data on several modules (Service order, Activity tracking etc)We thought about “Customer Group” but not sure. Hi,We want to set up on-call duty (astrint or Standby as it is in english version) for an employee, starting on day D at 8:00 and ending on D+7 at 08:00. The on-call time is non-stop from the beginning to the end of the period. How can we simply configure it to see this standby in the background uninterrupted in the Dispatch console ?The aim is to have the user doing his job as usual but he can be called 24/24 for an emergency when he is “on-call”.If my set up is :then here is what I see : While I would like “blue” background from 07/04/2023 08:00 untill 11/04/2023 12:00.
