Parts Delivered to CustomerWhen the supplier has informed you that the parts are delivered to your customer and you have entered the direct delivery in your system, the purchase order is automatically closed. The status on the purchase order is changed from Released or Confirmed to Closed. The customer order receives the status Delivered, and the customer can be invoiced. This assumes that no partial deliveries remain on either order. If the supplier has partially delivered an order and for any reason is not able to fully deliver the order, it is possible to manually close the purchase order. We are trying to use the above process, but when the parts are received the PO is closed, but the customer order is NOT being updated, thus we are unable to invoice the customer. Is there a setting or configuration needed to make this work? Supply Chain personnel get a Warning message when they register the Direct Delivery. How do we see the records in the invoice_attachment table? I am getting “Query returning data types BLOB/CLOB is not supported.” I just want to see the company and invoice_id for a specific company. We have some customers who choose to pick up their orders or have a third party pick them up. How can we get the correct tax on those pick up orders using Avalara? Is there a flag or setting that can be changed for these orders?The Delivery address is needed as the final destination for the 3rd party carrier, but the tax should be based on the manufacturing facility address.
When we originally installed IFS, all document classes were left to the default database. Since then we have set up a group of shared network folder for the classes. I am trying to move the original documents off the database to the shared folders. The Change Document Repository does not seem to function for this as it only shows 2 repositories in Usable status, but not the default DB repository. I have read through the steps in the Online documentation, but the default repository is not in the drop down list. Is there a way to move those documents?

What are each of the Address Types used for on the Customer Customer Master, General Address Information screen? The drop down in Aurena shows Delivery, Document, Visit, Pay, Primary Contact and Secondary Contact.When I looked at the Object Properties for the VALID_ADDR records, it does not show Document in the values list.We are having trouble with the wrong address showing up on the customer invoice. We have the Pay set up on the billing address and thought that would get us the information. Now however it appears that the Document type is what is being used for the invoice.
