What impact does the language field have on a scheduled task? 

We have batch create customer invoice jobs for various companies.  Most have a default language of English, but we have one that is French(Canada).  The Language field is required,

As far as I know some information are translatable and based on the selected language, correct translation, if any exist, will be applied when scheduled task is run. For example transfer of inventory transactions. Voucher text field will be created based on the language of the task. Source of voucher text is business event. If there is any translation then the translation will be in the voucher text field.
