Hi,In apps-9, I have created my own external file template to upload manual supplier invoice in bulk, but while uploading i am getting the error saying “ORA-20105: AccountingCodestr.MISSCODE: The value used for the code part Account is missing or has invalid time interval”. I thought i was missing Code_A for this, but in this view this field is not available. so now i am confused how to deal with it. i have checked the csv file in notepad as well but could not find the problem.Can anyone suggest what can be the probable reason? can someone explain how the amount discount is calculated in customer order line if there is tax code defined for the line? cause in my case i can see that, the amount discount gets changed based on the tax code which i dont want. [both for app-9 and app-10]
for a customer they need to calculate the broker and dealer commission. for that i was trying to do a setup. for that, I have created a commission agreement, commission receiver group and commission receiver as well. the calculation base for the agreement is ‘Order Entry’. so it should work when the customer order is saved. but in my case its not happening. can anyone say, what have i missed during the setup??
Hi,In apps-9, i am trying to make 2 different payments in 2 different mixed payment for the same invoice. while paying i am using 2 different tax codes for withholding, but system gives an error saying i cant use different tax code then the 1st payment, i.e. for both the payment i have to use same tax code. but as there are tax slabs for supplier payment, i have to do that. can anyone suggest how to handle it?Regards-Nahin

I am trying to map a document that will inherit the value from the system in a client who are using IFS App-9 but their system does not have any data in macro basic window. but normally it should be there in the system. but as this is unavailable in the system, how can i get these basic data?
Hi,In Apparel/Garments/Textile industries, it is a common practice to have different types of defects like Major, Minor and Critical. And for all these types of defects users use different AQL values(normally for major and minor different AQL values are used and for Critical it’s always Acceptance No=0 and Rejection No=1 is used in most of the cases) due to which Acceptance and Rejection No changes, though the sample size remains the same as in AQL chart sample size is based on the lot size and acceptance and rejection no is based on AQL value.In IFS Apps-10, we can assign only one AQL value for one control plan of an Inventory Part/Inventory Part and Supplier Combination. And we cannot have multiple control plans Active for each of the items. So, how can we handle this without customization/modification, can anyone suggest?[I need this both for Manufacturing & Purchase items] Regards-Nahin

Hi,Can anyone help me with Splitting Activities feature in PSO 6.9? it is connected to IFS Apps-10. I have done the setups in Activity Type in IFS\Scheduling Basic Data. Allow Multiple Visits is checked in Activity Type & Work Task as well. Cost of Split & Min Visit Duration is also used. But still i am not getting the expected result.Apart from the above i tried another way, where along with the above setup, i did some more setup in PSO Planning workspace, like setting up the activity type(making it splittable), Shift template(making it splittable). Hi,One of our customer(using IFS Apps-10), has changed their HR calendar from July-June to January-December. Now, from July’22- De’22 they will get the leave balance equal to that they would be getting for the full year, i.e. July’22- Jun’23. And from Next January’23 they will be having new leave balances. Hi,Can anyone help me handling the VAT Rebate process in IFS app-9? the scenario is as below:when the product is taken out from the factory to send to its showroom vat has to be calculated and deducted. and when the item is finally sold from the showroom vat has to be calculated and deduct again which ends up deducting double vat deduction. so in this case, the authority gives permission to take vat rebate to solve the double vat deduction issue.We are planning to handle it from finance end which ends up in manual process, but if we find a way to handle it from sales end to avoid manual process, we will be following that.
