Hi all,Camt054D ( the file is called C54D when sent from our bank - D for debitor) is ONLY payments done to our suppliers.WHY do we need Mixed Payments window for handling this file? That is the least userfriendly window in the whole application.Why cant we use Supplier payment window ????

We struggle with invoices that are rounded up or down to nearest NOK . The rounding creates tax deviation… are the any accounting rules to be set up to handle these small but irritating deviations ?Today we must add a new posting line with tax code 0 .. and the small rounding amount.. How can this be handled easier…
If you have more than one invoice to handle, you get the error message There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, exit the program and try again this also happens if you want to check several invoices, rmb from posting proposals to Instant Authorization”… The first invoice you look at gets no error message, but no 2 and 3 etc etc.. gets the error message above. Anyone who has a solution for this ???
We have incorect posted an invoice on a work order task... it should have been posted on an other work order task. How can this be corrected ?We use IFSApp 10, update 18
Hi,Running update 15 in prod environment since 29th of September, and we now have Adobe-trouble when handling supplier invoice , - preposting and approve invoice. Anyone else have this Adobe troble ? Invoice image is missing, we refresh the page, and than the invoice image is ok…. add a posting and approve the invoce… image is “gone” and you get the errormessage,. .. this goes on and on in a “loop” and is very disturbing for the enduser.
In IEE we can send a “screen” to a colleague often, for example a list of work order tasks… but we have not found this possibility in Aurena … I attended a webinar for Document Management, presented by Mathias Dahl (IFS) (on behalf of the Scandinavian usergroup) and he managed to send a list by email … from Aurena. It was called Bookmarklets.. but how can we make these ourselves ?

We have IFS 10 update 15 today and have waited a long time to get en update from IFS. Why does it take so long to get answers from support ? So I try this media instead. What is wrong with update18 since the Payroll ext is not ready after more than 3 months from the release ? Anyone? And why does it take so long time to get en update ready for installation in our test environment? We have only layout changes as a crim (3) and the payroll extension…….. Not satisfied customer,Heidi
We have difficulties when trying to send supplier payment files to bank, and uploading OCR files to IFS Aurena.Is there anyone who have experienced the same issue ? Are enduser perhaps doing something wrong ?Look forward to replies :)
When registering a posting in a Supplier invoice Workflow, I would like to create a default search for Code D, in the Global context, to be used for all our endusers. How can I do that ?
In timeregistration - grid view - Aurena, we can move sideways by using tab. But how can we move Up and Down in the “weekday-columns” … We can not figure out how this works…. We run IFS 10, update 15, Aurena Hoping for answers :)Regards, Heidi

Where can we change the settings in IFS so that IFS IEE uses Edge as the default browser? IFS IEE uses Internet Explorer as the default browser and the links to Teams documents have stopped working in the IFS IE lobby pages.
Hi allFor some time ago, it was possible to find a list over what components, servers, windows versions etc that was certified to run your version of IFS. Where can I find such a list now ? I am asking since we, after installing UPD15, experience trouble in Aurena, when saving registered data. Since I can not find any changes in what should have been granted, I wonder if it is Edge that can be the problem …..
Hi all, We want to use Aurena but it has a lot of errors and functionality missing. For example: Create a purchase requisition by using the wizard, and without articles, you can not “Connect it” to a work order or a work order task… only Project and ordinary account-dimensions… Are we the only customer who is missing this ?
BR - which settings are necesary for running the report from the applications, and view the report directly instead of fetching it in Report Archive ?
The time registration is missing resource id, - and if the transaction has already been transfered, we are not able to correct them… and they also seem to block closing of the reporting period in Finance. Do you have that problem as well ? Regards, Heidi
Hi, I am having trouble changing hours registered on a work task, from “to be invoiced” to “not to be invoiced”. The option is missing.How can I solve this ? I can not close the work task since the hours has not been invoiced.
I get error message TASK_RESOURCE_SEQ when I try to open sheet Time Reports on a work order task… I have checked that everything regarding this has been granted in the role I am using for test.
