Hello friends, have you come across this one?Supplier has a default buyer (purchase/general) converting a purchase requisition to a purchase order selected this when converting: created PO still has the user’s buyer ID, not the one specified in the supplier. User’s buyer ID should not overwrite the above? Happens in 22R2. Your input appreciated as always - thank you! /PP
Hello colleagues, this new Quick CO Registration is great!Have you figured out how and why the default email from the customer basic data (Address/Sales Address Information/Customer Contact) does not populate here? It needs to be manually entered and would be cool to have it appear here automatically: I have the default email saved in the customer basic data with the correct address ID. Hi Cloud people,is there a way to trigger the pop-up window again? The nice window that shows the options available when the customer order line is saved. I was hoping to find a way to get the window back in case you need to modify or select the options again. Changing the line quantity doesn’t get it to pop up again, and deleting the parent part line is not cool if many lines have already been entered. Any good ideas on this? Thank you!
Hello, is there a way to update the customer category from Customer to End Customer? The option “Change Customer Category” is no longer an available option at this stage. This can happen if you would need to update the category (due to a mistake), but it does not seem to be possible anymore. Creating a new customer is not a great option in case transactions already exist. Please share your ideas and how you’ve solved this one, thank you!
Hi, is there a way to get the part(s) added automatically to the customer order? I have an active sales campaign with buy + get parts in the Sales Promotion tab; hoping to have the “Get” part (set up with zero price) added automatically to the order. Is this possible? I’m getting the alert and popup about the campaign when I save the order line and I can also see the campaign details from the customer order (Sales promotions/calculate and view), but struggling to get the free of charge item added to the order. I have also set up a charge type as “promotion”. What setup am I missing, and how to get it nicely automatic? I’m testing in Cloud. Thanks!
Hi, App10 - still not possible to add multiple lines to a Purch Req template? Seems to only allow saving of one line, I tried with no part lines. Also header and lines need to be done separately? Any efficient way to get a nice template with multiple lines, preferably header + lines in one go? Creating the header from a template and then again another template for the lines containing only one line is pretty much just as fast as without a template... any good ideas on this? Any plans to get templates in Aurena? Maybe not worthwhile putting too much effort into this if they won’t be in Aurena at all. Appreciate your input, fellow Purch Req people!
Hi, what is the best option to get parts in stock with supplier ownership? Not consignment stock, but parts in a location with ownership Supplier? The documentation gives the option of using this and transferring the ownership, but I have not found anything on how to get/receive the parts in stock so that they clearly state that they are still Supplier Owned: “Supplier-OwnedThe supplier-owned setting is used for externally-owned stock that is supplied with the intent that once received into stock, will be converted to company-owned. The supplier-owned ownership is used as a temporary ownership between the arrival and receipt into stock if the value of the Ownership Transfer Point list in the Company/Distribution/General tab is set to Receipt into Inventory. No inventory postings will be created until the parts are received into stock (e.g., picking, floor stock and shipment) even if the purchase order is of a service or exchange type. Hi brains trust, any idea why the default ship via from the Supply Chain Matrix for Site is not applied to the Distribution Order? The intersite flow for the DO is set up correctly, internal customer ship via is the same as the Matrix ship via, yet that one is not applied to the DO. The Matrix should overwrite the int customer ship via anyway, I’ve understood, but for some reason a different ship via comes up. There are no Exceptions on that line/ship via in the Matrix, no Supply Chain Part Group on the part no that was used. Any good ideas where to check next, where does the ship via come from if not from the Matrix? Thank you

Hi, App10: is there any way to reprint the previous revision of the sales quotation? Sometimes need to go back to the previous rev, and saving the pdfs outside IFS every time/rev does not make any sense.. not efficient. Yes, the rev handling makes perfect sense that it prints only the current rev to prevent you from sending the incorrect (=not the latest) to the customer, but it would be handy to be able to retrieve the old rev as well. How far back can you get the pdfs from the Report Archive? Cheers, /P
