Hi ,Has anyone managed to read GS1 Barcodes from phones - Andriod/IOS ? This is in 22R1 Aurena version. What is the FNC1 character you used? I tried with ASCII 93 as well as the default in the Barcode generator we use .But when reading from WaDaCo it just doesn’t pass values. Please see my screenshot below . As you can see the GS1 barcode values are not passed onto GTIN and other data itemsAppreciate if someone can provide an insight into this . Thanks in advance for your time ! RegardsYashodha

Hi,Does anyone know how to auto generate a time phased safety stock plan via IPR ?I’ve set up all basic data in terms of IRP (all planning policies, models, classification etc). Server is up and running as well. My question is for inventory parts planned by planning method A, how to generate records for Time Phased safety stock ?I followed the drill until the Batch job ‘ Refresh IPR Data’ no result in Time Phased safety Stock. Hi ,I am working in Apps 9 and I have a question regarding forecast consumption. There are no actual demand for this MSL1 part on 6th, 7th and 8th month. So how come the Forecast is consumed ? Checked in Inventory Part Availability Planning as well. Hi ,I have a DP forecast which I adjusted manually . Then it was set to ‘reviewed’ (tested both in DP client and as well Demand Planner page) . Afterwards I ran the job “Import Demand Planning Forecasts”In MSL1 forecast , I can only see the original DP forecast (sys forecast) but not the adjusted forecast. What am I missing ? Hi,For a forecast Part I have entered data in ‘Manual Historical Demand Planning Data’ page. I did run the jobs ‘Aggregate Daily’ and ‘Create Forecast’ which were okay without errors.However when I check for the Forecast part → Historical data tab, I cannot see any of this data and historical values are shown as 0 even in the Demand Planner Client (Forecast tables values are all 0) This is my sql I have used Combination of Historical data + External issues, I guess this is correct.Version I am working on - 23R2What am I missing? Hi, We have a customer requirement to incorporate supplier sequence number into the sequence of the serial numbers of Serial tracked Purchase parts.They don’t like to manually enter the prefix/suffix for the sequence at receipt as there is a risk of making errors Does anyone knows whether there is a possibility to set up/configure it anywhere in the system ? Hi,I observed that MS forecast consumption for a CO is based on the Planned due date...However when I have enabled ATP for a MS planned part and when the Planned delivery date is changed in the CO , it doesn’t update the Planned Due Date.In some instances, this difference between the Planned Delivery Date and Planned Due dates can be a couple of weeks , even months.In such instances, it’s going to cause trouble if the forecast is consumed based on the Planned Due date for the CO instead of the Planned Delivery Date.I am trying to understand the relationship between ATP and forecast consumption, how are the functionalities aligned?What am I missing ?Appreciate if someone can shed some light in this area(I am working on 23R2) Kind RegardsYashodha

Hi, Does anyone know whether Shipment Orders can be automatically generated in Planning ?? Eg MRP generating Shipment Orders to move stock between sites instead of DOs for an instance. If so where can I set up the basic data ? I know for a fact that existing Shipment Orders will be taken into account by the planning engines as supply/demand.This question is more on the need to use Shipment orders instead of DOs for inter-site stock movement in a global supply chain set up.
