Copy non-inventory purchase parts from one site to another

Hi,

Is there a simple way to copy across non-inventory purchase parts from one site to another? (without a script or a data migration)

I have tried Assortment functionality as well seems it only caters inventory parts

I am working with version 23R2

Appreciate if someone can share any experience and a workaround
