On page calculations - Risk Score

Is it possible to do calculations on screen, so if a user selects 5 from one drop down, and 5 from another drop down, the screen can apply a formula, for arguments sake, multiple one by the other, and put the result, “25” into another field?

Can't Remove Site From Resource Connections

I've accidentally added a site to the “Connections” for a resource group. However, I can’t remove it. I get the following error:Site 1040 is used on Capacity Basis tab. But can’t see how we can remove this from the capacity basis tab.

Passing a parameter from lobby element to quick report

When passing a parameter from a lobby element to a quick report, the navigation URL is surrounding the data with single quotes, these are then in the URL, and appear in the quick report. This causes the quick report to break. Why is this? The data source does not have these quotes in it.

Task due date exceeds expected response date

Hi, When we try to set a task due date for a case, we always get this message: “task due date exceeds expected response date”.We can’t work out how to prevent this. It doesn’t stop us setting the date.Any thoughts?

IFS Lobby Navigation multiple parameters

I’m trying to navigate from a counter lobby element to the list of tasks. My navigation URL is:page/OverviewPagesNavigate/OverviewTasksPage?$filter=(((Objstate eq IfsApp.OverviewPagesNavigateHandling.CcCaseTaskState'New' or Objstate eq IfsApp.OverviewPagesNavigateHandling.CcCaseTaskState'Open' or Objstate eq IfsApp.OverviewPagesNavigateHandling.CcCaseTaskState'Completed')) AND TaskOwner eq $OWNER$) It works until I try to add a parameter for the “ AND TaskOwner eq $OWNER$)”. The parenthesis’ all line up and it looks right given the documenation, but when the link is clicked, it complains of a malformed URI. If you just close the dialog, the query appears in the advanced search box, and it works. But something just isn’t right there.

BPA - Delay Closing PO by 24 hrs

Hi,Is it possible, using a BPA, to delay closing a PO on the system by e.g. 24hours?We have a business problem where we don’t want the PO to close immediately when the user presses the button, but waits 24hrs, then it closes.Thoughts?Any help appreciated.

Custom Entity - Yes or No

I’ve created a custom entity that has some SQL behind it that results in “0” or Greater than “0” as the output. If it’s zero, I want the field to say “False” and if it’s not zero, it would say “True”.What’s the best way to achieve this?

Limit length of drop down list

Is it possible to limit the length of a list to say 10 items… and then have the more option?We have too many showing, that really aren’t used very often, so we’d want to show the top 10 most used, we’d have a flag to indicate what they are.

Is it possible to change what text is in the breadcrumb trail and menu on the left? We have renamed a page to align with our business, but the menus don’t change.

Reserve Parts from Task Material Screen

Is it possible to reserve the materials/parts from the Task Material screen?See below, you can issue, but not reserve… I’ve used another screen to reserve the part so you cansee the option to “Unreserve” but not Reserve.

Adding Custom Field to New Work Assistant

Is it possible to add a new field to the “New Work” dialog box that pops up? When I look at at the console and page designer, the entity is a Virtual one. “NewWorkVirtual” I’ve added the field to the “ActiveSeparate” entity, as that is where it needs to be. But can’t see this field when I’m in page designer for the assistant.In screenshot, I’d want new field to appear where blue line is. I’m familiar with Page Designer, but the custom field isn’t available to insert.

Creating a hyperlink from list/table to another record...

How do I create a field in a table that links from a list/table to another record. As an example, I’m linking from the parts requisitions on a purchase requisition to the Purchase Order. I have all the information I need displayed, but not sure how to create the link. See attached, I want to be able to click on the PO number, and that takes me to the PO.

Replacements by PM Actions

Hi, We’re trying to understand how the replacements by PM actions works. Is there any good documentation on it? Couldn’t find it. We’re wondering if it will still work if the PMs that would be replaced are on different dates. Do you need to ensure that if PM_1_Yearly is replaced by PM_2_Yearly, will it do that if PM_1 and PM_2 have different dates? Thanks

Display field based on selection

Is it possible to show and hide fields based on what a user may select from a drop down, or tick box.For example. The user selects “High Priority” from the priority drop down, so we want to make the “Reason” text box visible, and make it mandatory.ThanksJames

Case Management - Move Task List - Page Designer

Is it possible to move the Tasks List from the Tasks Tab to a section under the General tab?I have tried this, but the list does not show the tasks for the current case. It does not show any tasks, or if I change the datasource, it displays all the tasks. Is this possible?

Is it possible to round up/down a displayed value on the page. I cannot see anything in page designer how to do this.

How do you default list view and table view columns

How do I set the default columns that user sees when they create a Purchase Requisition, and add Part Lines. I want a field that is not in the default selection to be visible for input for ALL users by default. If they choose to overwrite and hide, fine, but by default I want it there to revert back to.

Is it possible to prevent users typing in specific characters into a field?This is in the Aurena Web ClientWe only want alpha-numerics in a field. e.g: 123546AAABBBCCC
