In previous versions of IFS (APPS9 AND APPS10), if the order confirmation was printed for a customer order, a change in the target delivery date on customer order lines would not update the promised delivery date. However, in IFS cloud 22R2, updating the target delivery date does update the promised delivery date. Please advise if this is a bug or intended functionality.
I have a Customer that receives the following message on certain Project Connections that have Actual Cost details. “The method “ in Project Connection Util returns more than one row”. I have compared setup with another project that does work and could not find a difference.
Is there a setting to default new document attachments to “Approved” and “Released” status when registered? To change the document status so that it can not be edited without performing a formal revision cycle.

Currently when a "New Request" is created from the mobile device (process 10.26.2.1) the new request is sent to the backoffice and the end user is not able to keep the request to execute. This is an issue when handling afterhours work.
My customer is in IFS Cloud. In the Edit Object Connection section. I am putting the Connected Services in sequence order that I would like for them to display. I slect the Check Mark/OK. As you can see in the second screen shot it is not in sequence as I selected.

I have created an End User Permisssion set will Full access. When the End User navigates to any screen with details the following message appears No Access (Your System Administrator has not Granted Permission to Complete that Action). I have reviewed the documentation that was provided on this site and added the suggestions to resolve this issue. Still nothing.
