We just refreshed our test environment from live. Now used stop_all_servers.bat to stop all servers. All servers successfully stopped. However upon restarting servers the script is stuck at Starting server ManagedServer1…. Any idea what could be the reason. Looking at the logs it shows The server 'ManagedServer1' with process id 21880 is no longer alive; waiting for the process to die.

Inventory Part in Stock Reservations lets you search for a part and you can see where this part is reserved on Shop Orders. Is there any functionality in IFS which lets you mass unreserve part from several shop orders rather than going into each individual shop order and then unreserve material? This would save lot of time for users. It may be done using Custom Menu option but wondering if it is available out of box.
When scheduling report below error appears. Does anyone know which type of security permission is required? This error also appears when scheduling report via IFSAPP user. If a repair shop order is created from component repair order is there any way in IFS to attach the shop order material to project inventory supply type? After that we want PMRP job to create demand for those materials. IFS does not seem to have anyway to convert consumed materials to Project Inventory.
I have customised an entity and added new column. IFS has support issues under support center. Just wondering if anyone has used this module and if there is any functional document available. Looking at IFS screen help it seems to allow sending email from the support issue, which emails issue journal. However, when user emails reply does it automatically get appended to journal. I am trying to understand if this module is like Zendesk type ticketing system.

I have simple migration job on customs_statistics_number view. Simply insert and modify three fields of this view. When I ran the job it inserts all fields to table successfully. However when existing row is updated, the migration job do not update Description field. This seems very weird as insert works but update of this particular field does not happens. All other fields are updated without any problems. Has anyone experience this issue in apps 9 before I raise this as a bug with IFS?
What could be the reason for the duplicate report parameter? This report is migrated from Apps9 to Apps10 like for like. However Apps10 shows duplicate parameter, but works fine in Apps9.I also see this error when trying to run the report. According to IFS this type of custom menu can be executed on both single and multiple rows. I find this is not the case. I have a CM on tbwPurchChgOrderLinePart. I expect I will be able to select multiple purchase change order line and be able to RMB on CM, but when multiple lines are selected the CM option get greyed out. Has anyone noticed this issue?

I am having a problem with report rule which has no conditions. I need to send email when the report is printed. However the rules log shows the report is executing but nothing happens. The Send Email should create an application message but this does not get created. Any ideas where I should be troubleshooting to get more idea on what is going on? This is IFS cloud.

I have just created a custom component and a new topic branch to the customer solution repository for 22R2. Then I ordered a new topic environment, however this environment remains in the pending state. How do I check the pipeline logs on Azure DevOps for this build to see what went wrong. I am not seeing any pipeline running for the topic branch I have ordered the environment for.
We have setup templates for certain LUs as below I wanted to migrate these templates to another environment and make changes to the save templates. Seems like IFS does not allow this from the IFS screens. Is there anyway someone has already found to not only migrate these templates but also make changes?
