IFS Could.Sales Quotations can have multiple revisions. In the scenario in which we have a configurable part in the sales quotation lines, if the configuration is changed after releasing and printing, a new revision is automatically created. A client could decide, after 10 revisions were printed and sent to them, to place an order based on the configuration created on revision number 1, and not the latest revision. In my example below this is configuration ID 766.Quotation Line History only shows an overview screen without possibility of navigating to the Configuration ID. Hi All, Does anyone know what the ‘Main Representative’ does in the Customer record in Cloud?I was expecting this to become the default main rep in all leads/business opportunities/sales quotations/customer orders for this specific customer.Instead, the default is always the person creating it and not the person set as Main Representative in the CRM Info of the customer. I am not sure what this does as it seems to have no impact whatsoever. Thanks in advance for any help on this.

Hi All, I have a request from a customer who usually prints out price lists to sent to their clients.I can see the functionality ‘Print Sales Price List’ but unfortunately it does not print the characteristic prices.This means, all the configurable sales parts which don’t have a base price, result in ‘0.00’ with no characteristic values showing.I have looked for an option to export the characteristic values to Excel but it does not look like it’s possible. Any help is much appreciated.
Hi, Has anyone updated the dialog page ‘Add Contact’? This dialog page is accessed from the Business Activity and the Business Opportunities screens when adding a new contact. The page designer on Business Activity and Business Opportunity screens doesn’t show this dialog box to be able to remove/add fields or rename them.Would be really helpful to us to know where to access this from.ThanksAlice
Hi All,I have added some mandatory custom fields in the ‘New Valuation’ dialog page in Aurena UPD 12. The issue I am experiencing is that we fill in the details when we create a new valuation in the dialog page, but the ‘Sub Contract Valuation’ screen doesn’t seem to get the data (see below)I have added the field ‘Valuation Date’ in this testing as it is not a custom field and wanted to check if the issue was only on custom fields. I have amended many dialog pages in Aurena, this is the first time I have found this issue. Anyone able to help?
