Our objective is to align the test application version with the latest production version, ensuring consistency and accuracy in our testing activities.Traditionally, this endeavour has often involved deleting the existing test environment and creating a new one using the clone method, which can be time-consuming and resource-intensive. However, I'm keen to explore alternative approaches that would allow us to achieve this version alignment without resorting to a complete deletion of the existing test environment.I'm interested in maintaining our current test environment, including its configurations, while successfully updating the application version to match the latest production release.If any members of the community have experience, insights, or recommendations for achieving this goal, I would greatly appreciate your guidance. Hi allWhen terminating employee 1038 from the application, the responsible person is not getting the email. even though in the application message we couldn’t find any trigger related to this action. And also timestamp is visible under the "Email Sent On" column. I need to know the place where these kinds of emails are triggered in the application and do you know any configuration to resolve this issue? Thank you and best regards
Dear All,This error occurs on APPS9.In every window when we go to create a new document, it shows this error message. I checked the docman_temp_path using cofiguration.xml and the mentioned folder is already in the correct location. can’t determine what is the reason for this issue. kindly, expecting a favourable response from you. Dear All good day,This is a race environment. When we trying to open Demand Forecast page on aurena. it keeps loading. Multiple times refreshed the web page. Also I tried this in application server. But we couldn't get any output from the page. In IEE, that page loads without any issue and shows all the data. In aurena other web pages also work fine. Can’t determine what is causing this issue. Dear All,This problem occures when there is a expired account and that user trying to login through web portal(APPS 9 b2e) and provide a new password . But user able to update with new password through application without any issue. Don't know exact reason for this. Hoping for help to fix this. Since most of users use only b2e web. Dear All,Some of our users experience a log in error after the system prompts them to change their password. We have configured the password to expire after 90 days, but the given prompts the user to change the password before the expiry. The user is able to successfully change the password, but when they try logging in using the new password they get an error. After that we have to change the password again from oracle user.I would appreciate it if you could tell me a way to find out the cause of this problem.Thank you and Best regards.
Dear All,One of my senior advisors created a user in IEE. But some (purchase order and customer order webpages) aurena web pages cannot be found using that new user account. Then I duplicated ifsapp user account (this is a demo env) and tryied to do the samething, but I still can't find those web pages using the duplicate account. granted the same permission sets, but I still can not figure out what is the reason for this. Hello there,I have a question for you. There are some lobbies which are available on the EE environment but are missing on Aurena environment. Example there is a lobby called “document management” in EE But i couldn’t find lobby called “document management” in Aurena.So how can i get this lobby into Aurena?Thanks and Regards!
Is there a way to enable history logging for any activity like creation ,modification and deactivation of user access in “Grant Permission Set to user” window?Tried setting up PRES_OBJECT_GRANT and PRES_OBJECT_SEC_CHANGE TAB , but no luck.
