Hello,I understand that Oracle ASFU licenses are Named Oracle enterprise edition. I have few queries related to this.How many instances can we create for IFS Instances. e.g Prod, Test, Dev, DR, New DR… Are optional packs - Performance and Tunning part of these licenses. Can these be installed on VM/Hyperviser. - One Server having multiple VM’s and one of those VM’s are used for IFS Database. RAC, Data guard and Active Dataguard as I under stand are not part of the license and client has to buy it seprately.Kindly help in clarifing point 1,2 & 3Best RegardsPankaj

Hello,We are on IFS 10 SP7. While using Wadaco/Hand held device i have configured user to a logicial printer which is mapped to print agent at a remote site. He is able to send lable to print on that printer. Now the same user moves to another site/unit/terminal and has to send the print of the to another printer. In handheld device he does not get print dialog so he can’t chose printer.Can any one suggest on the same. Early response will be appriciated.RegardsPankaj

Created New Projection Configuration Added Entity Added custom action PublishedNow open the screen where it is to be added. HelloThere is an option to pull data from IFS Aurena to Excel by using URL.This is giving error while authenticating MS account. While doing label printing using print agent in IFS 8, the printer is printing in landscape mode.Due to this the printout is not coming correctly. It should be done in portrait mode. What is the setting/parameter required on print agent to ensure it comes correctly. The PDF file is saved in correct way and when printout is taken from report archive the printout comes correctly on the same label printer.Please adviseRegardsPankaj
Hello,I have IFS Cloud Installation Using 22R1 using remote deployment on Azure Storage.If there any way to use Azure Storage for DocMan. I have tired using Shared Path but seems its working.in This i have created Repositotary Address using \\<ServerName>\<path mapped on the server given user name password for the server. Added Same Address in Repositotary and used port 22 (SCP) as the azure storage path is mapped to linux server. But While check in the document its failing to connet to the Respositotary.Please suggest. Storing documents on Database is not a very good option.RegardsPankaj

Hello,I am getting following error on starting the IFS BR Server. IFS BR Execution Server (IFS BRES) cannot run in parallel with IFS Business Reporter (IFS BR) on the same host. Please make sure to uninstall IFS BR before starting IFS BRES. IFS Business Reporter is not installed on the server.
