Hi Wondering, we have a field available to us on screen for ‘Supplier Name’ - but when I look in the search box to configure so users can search by name its not available. Is there anything I can do to make this field searchable?? Is there perhaps an SQL expression I can use that will put the sort by name into order?
Hi all (me again!) Off the back of my previous topic and @RavinduS help I have managed to import my price list however I have hit a different issue. If I enter a sales price manually on the Sales Price List → Part Based tab (and press tab/save) it will auto populate the following fields. Calc Sales Price Sales Price Incl Tax Base Price Base Price Inc Tax When creating the migration job the following fields (with flag MIU) are required to have a value which normally are auto-populated off of the Sales Price being entered however if I don’t enter a default value the migration job error’s out demanding that the field has a value. ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE: Field [SALES_PRICE_INCL_TAX] is mandatory for Sales Price List Part and requires a value. For now I have entered ‘0’ into the default value field to get around the error for the following fields. We have engines that require maintenance every so many hours or at a specific time interval. Is there a way to create a PM in the service and maintenance area that would handle that? One customer that am handling is looking for a quotation to add a “delete” button for NCR. Customer mentions the following:We need to be able to remove incorrectly reported cases from the system (like we do in DocMan). Same goes for CAPA cases, where we also have some test cases that were logged in production environment by mistake. We also need to be able to remove these.The delete option should only be available for our global SuperUsers. Would like some quick suggestions ?

We're upgrading to IFS 10 from IFS 8. I need to verify all the saved searches came through intact. If I navigate "My Administration" -> "Saved Searches", I can see the list. How do I export it so that I can compare the IFS 8 list to the IFS 10 list? Alternatively, what table or view can I use to see this information in SQL?
