Wondering, we have a field available to us on screen for ‘Supplier Name’ - but when I look in the search box to configure so users can search by name its not available.
Is there anything I can do to make this field searchable??
Is there perhaps an SQL expression I can use that will put the sort by name into order?
If it is not there you can create a custom field which displays supplier name based on supplier id. There definetely a function which does that. Then that field will be searchable.
Nice Julian thanks - that will do the trick. My only issue would be that we then have 2 Supplier name fields on the screen. It would of the job though, can easily hide the IFS Standard column.
